So on another note... Who do the Lakers trade for Calderon? You know they want him after today's game.

Take away the 5 second count for a second and just go based on your experience of watching basketball games. How many times is the timeout rewarded there and how many times is a 5 second count called when the play is that close? I'd say that the timeout is given about 90-95% of the time. If you want to get really technical I guess it might've been the volation, I'm not sure as I didn't actually look for myself, nor do I care to, but throughout the course of the league, that is called very, very rarely.

What can I say, they are huge homers, but I still love them, especially Armstrong. Also, to be fair, Casey did call a timeout from the sideline before the 5 second count but I guess the ref didn't hear him. I'm not complaining, though.

I'm so impressed by Butler. The guy literally doesn't play a single minute, hell, a single second, of recorded time and he manages to lose the game for the team.

Kobe getting some superstar calls against DeRozan and Johnson, especially that one on JJ. If that is what it takes for the Lakers to hold onto this lead, I'm all for it. If the Raptors end up beating both Boston and LA on this homestand, I'll be pissed.
