That's because they probably smoke everyday and more than once everyday. Of course your going to build a tolerance to it. That's why people get addicted to harder drugs like pills, coke, heroin or anything because they have to do more and more of it to keep getting just as high. A lot of guys I know take tolerance breaks and they say it helps a lot.

Just because pot is illegal doesn't mean its bad. Has anyone ever died because it was bad to their health? No. Is it addictive like cocaine, crack, heroin, cigarettes? No. If you don't know anything besides it being illegal then don't say anything. EDIT I also forgot to say that perscription pills are LEGAL and they are the reason that most people die. Now thats worse than weed.
