  1. Well i just finished Yoga X...and damn am i relaxed. The first half (all the stretching moves) really annoyed me but after that the balance portion (second half of Yoga X) was great and i loved working the abs towards the end. Just drank my recovery Chocolate Milk and im gonna shower and be back here.
  2. Im about to start Yoga X and it says i need Yoga Blocks..i don't have any will that affect the workout?
  3. Great to hear because im gong to start it real soon. Is it as tough as the others, lot of sweat, etc?

  5. Im actually glad Yoga X is today...i can get a rest from all the pushups/situps/etc. Probably going to do that in about an hour.
  6. Ah Day 3 was great...im sore/in pain but i love it because it means im actually working my body. Yoga X today should be a much less extreme workout then the previous.

  8. Do you suggest using shake/bar just as a snack overall though?
  9. When you get around to it do you mind letting me know the name/brand of the protein. Im nto familiar with those type of things and i wouldn't want to just buy a random one. Also, for anyone who knows some stuff about protein/bars/etc. Is a protein shake/bar supposed to eliminate a meal (lets say lunch) or just be a pre/after workout snack. Thanks.

  11. I think im going to wake up around 7:30 to do it tomorrow..for once im actually excited to workout haha. Great that we got it the same day. Yea Pylo X wasn't so much difficulty just sweat like crazy.

Well i (stupidly) ate a pretty good-portioned meal like 30 mintues before not knowing what i got myself into and with 20 mintues in i felt sick and i thought i was going to quit but after 2 minutes i pushed my slef through it and im happy. It was really tough and i sweat like crazy but im glad that i had the will to pull through. Im glad someone else is doign this too at the same days, get ready for tomorrow bro! by the way which protein?

  17. Good job, but really? Pylo X killed me way more than Chest - Back but maybe that's because i didn't do the pull-up bars.

  19. How did Plyo X go? I just did it and let me tell everyoen who's going to start p90x is..this is a [expletive]ingg challenge. This workout had me sweating like i probably never have before and it was tough as [expletive]. Like Tony said, it is the mother of the workouts..and it is truly crazy. With 20 minutes left to go i was going to quit and not because i couldn't handle it but i felt sick because i ate a lot before...lesson learned! DO NOT eat before this workout. Or any for a matter of fact, atleast an hour and a half before. Hopefully that was the worst of them all this week? I love it though, i pushed through and it i feel great. Tomorrow i will be sore as hell though.
  20. Alright thanks for the info. What day are you on? Hopefully i can stay motivated and keep it up...today is Plyo X! Also you have any idea on good protein bars?
