I was thinking if we can have a debate section, so it's not posted in the off-topic where random stuff is posted. A debate section for all types of controversial topics, from racism, to smoking, etc..just something to spark up some posts and see what other members have to say about a certain topic.

Im not too sure on where to side for my report, im for outlawing it, but i also think it's needed.
