You guys are just too clutch. Add that to the fact that you block any shot taken in the paint, and you have a recipe for disaster for players like Jennnings. Salmons was awful when he needed him most. In the final minutes he was shooting bricks left and right. Was he the best option to be throwing shots up, though? Probably. The only real bright spot today was Ilyasova's double-double which he had entering halftime. Stackhouse was solid as well. Atlanta made 9 more free throws than us. We lost by 10. We need to start playing good defense without fouling and limit the second chance points. I just don't want to get swept.

The only thing I don't understand is why Richardson was also fined $25,000. Whether his intentions were good or not he was just checking on Pierce. You can't fine him for his comments after the whole ordeal.

He definitely deserves a suspension for that. You'd think a veteran such as himself could stay composed for the last 40 seconds of a game to avoid this sort of thing.

You really can't. You basically have to go through all your posts and just see if someone repped it.

In my rookie season with the Brewers (I was called up a month late) I was the Rookie of the Year, led the league in HRs (41) and had over 125 RBIs. :glasses: But, we missed the playoffs since the team sucks and I demanded a trade to the BoSox.

Yeah, I really don't know. At one point (close to that time), Jennings appeared to be limping but it was only for a short period of time and didn't seem too serious. When a player is that hot and is essentially 99% of your offense, you never take them out. Leave him in until he cools off, when he's in that mental state and that zone he doesn't need a breather. It was ridiculous. We probably wouldn't have won either way but at least he was fun to watch until he cooled off. He was the only thing keeping our team together (kind of ironic that a 20-year old rookie was the only one ready to play) so it was tough to see him sitting out. You could see that he was frustrated with the decision as well. Oh well, let's take game 2.

All I have to say is that the Brewers suck and find a new way to lose every game. -_-
