  1. First play of the game = INT. [expletive].
  2. Packers won the toss and elected to receive. We're now officially underway!
  3. Jimmy, Michael, Howie, and Terry all took Green Bay to win this one. :glasses:
  4. Lkr... that would be great. He comes in and right away takes Bush back. Maybe Bush could return to his former glory?
  5. Well Fish, you won. Now it's my turn.
  6. I actually think we have a good shot (so do a lot of "professionals"). As long as we give Rodgers time, he'll arguably be the best QB in this playoffs. Same can be said for out D... we're definitely one of the best in this thing. I don't think we'll have any major problems containing the Cardinals in this one. Let's get 'em!
  7. It's officially over. The Ravens will have a tough game next week against the Colts. Hopefully they get ready and upset Manning & Co.
  8. You're just mad that your Bears suck. It's ok. Good thing Boldin is banged up too. Should make our secondary's job a bit easier.
  9. Sorry, but I really hope the Pack make this game a blowout. I'd like to see us up by 14+ at the half.
  10. I am kind of anxious about the Cards just because of what they accomplished in last year's playoffs. However, I feel like the Pack have been playing their greatest football this season now so they're going to be tough to beat. Their defense is arguably the best in this seasons playoffs. As for the Baltimore/New England game. I was afraid to touch this one. I really want Baltimore to win as I'm not a big Tom Brady fan but it's always tough to go against them, especially in a playoff game. However, so far Baltimore has come out strong and lead 14-0. Good luck!
  11. 1/10/10: Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals -2 (-115) Reasoning: Green play has played their best football during the past few weeks. Last week in this same match up Green Bay simply dominated winning the game 33-7. Now I know that game didn't mean much for either team but regardless, Rodgers picked their secondary apart and I expect that to happen once again this afternoon. Green Bay is 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games and Arizona is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games when playing the Packers. Green Bay has won 7 of their last 8 games and it could have easily been 8 out of 8 if not for the late game heroics by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Finally, if Boldin plays today he will certainly be playing injured. As of now he's questionable with an ankle injury. ---- Good luck everyone!
  12. I'm going to start posting sports picks in this thread throughout the 2010 year. Hopefully some of you find it useful. I'll try to pick games with decent odds (no -450 favorites) as well as posting a reason for the pick. Hopefully at the end of the year and each specific sport season, I come out on top. Wish me luck!
  13. Will Jennings be a perennial all star? Will Tyreke be a perennial all star?
  14. You don't think he's just praising the city and the fans so he doesn't come off as a huge douche? Of course he's going to do that. Most players that want more money do. Whether he likes the fans/city or not, he's going to say what they want to hear so they embrace him and he ultimately gets more money. Just the way it works.
  15. I actually liked the way Hill played. I was hoping the Bucks would get to draft either him or Blair in this past year's draft as we don't really have a true power forward. He would fit in well with the Bucks and I could see him as a future starter year round for us. It's unfortunate he's not being used by his current team. Maybe the Bucks could make a move for him?
  16. That was pretty funny. It seemed like everyone but Evans thought, or assumed, it went in.
  17. It would be sick if the Bucks could trade Redd for him in some way. He's a great player and can shoot very well. That way when Bogut got tired or in foul trouble, Big Z could come in and do just as much damage as Bogut would.
  18. http://bucks.realgm.com/articles/66/20100104/jennings_makes_a_mark_in_milwaukee/ Pretty good article. Worth checking out if you've been following Jennings at all this season. His attitude seems to have changed a lot since draft day, which is good. He also seems focused and determined to win in any way possible.
  19. I'd really like to see the Ravens win as I'm not a huge Tom Brady fan. It's going to be a close game though and should definitely be fun to watch.
  20. Not a chance. This year was what I felt would be his last *true* opportunity at one. Now that those chances are officially gone, I'm going to have to say no.
