Ilyasova looks like he could be a nice option down the stretch. In the few games we've played this season he seems to be shooting better in each one.

My new background, thank you.

I'm probably in the minority here but I think Redd hurts our chances. We were winning without him and I think we could continue to do so. Redd out opened up 15-25 more shots for everyone else to share. I think Bogut's absence will hurt us a lot more. We're missing a big man to grab boards on both ends of the floor as well as to penetrate the lane to score the easy buckets as well as open up shooting lanes in the backcourt.

I have one hooked up to a large monitor. I'm honestly thinking about going back to a laptop. The keyboard is so small it makes it tough to type large things at once and the screen (if you don't hook it up to a larger monitor) is also very small. Also, netbooks can run slower on certain sites with a lot going on. For example... this site runs a little bit slower than on my other computer. My guess is it's because so many graphics and what not need to be processed through this tiny, little machine. If I were you I'd almost rather just stick with the laptop.

103-98 is the final. We made our free throws down the stretch to seal this one up. I really can't believe we're 8-3. Before the season I thought we'd be the opposite of this. But I think the surprising start from Jennings and the loss (yes, I'm saying it) of Redd has really got this team going. We've won two games now without Bogut AND Redd. Our bench is a lot better than I originally thought, especially in the way of Kurt Thomas. Hopefully we can keep this up. We've got a few good wins under our belt now but it's only going to get harder. Hopefully Bogut can recover soon as we'll struggle against the bigger teams with Thomas and Ilyasova in replacement.

Dagger by Brandon Jennings with 45 seconds left to give us a 7 point lead.

Bucks are up 5 with a few minutes left. After a slow, and I mean very slow, start from Brandon Jennings he's found his groove and contributed 17 points. Ilyasova has really played well. He already has a double-double with 10 boards and 18 points, enough to boast a +/- of +12. I'm really surprised by how little we've played Dan Gadzuric. He's only been on the floor for nine minutes tonight and with Bogut out I expected him to get the majority of those minutes.
-
I think our luck may run out unless Gacz can be a presence down low tonight. We can't do it all with Ilyasova and Jennings tonight if we want the win. Warrick and Gadz need to score and get boards while Mbah a Moute locks down on the defensive end.

Jennings has 20 at the end of the first half and the Bucks lead 53-41. Ilyasova has also played well thus far and he has 10 points. Hopefully the Bucks can continue this success on route to a win!

Anything with autotune in it is absolute garbage as well.

Welcome to OTR!

It'll be interesting to see how we play without Bogut tonight. I think we can win regardless but hopefully Gadz looks promising.

Bogut out 2-to-4 weeks with strained leg
Jenneral replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Milwaukee Bucks Team Forum
Exactly. Jennings gets the looks due to our screens set for him at the top of the key. He knows it too. In press conferences he's usually always crediting Bogut for both his production as well as the win. This could prove to be a devastating loss. We really need Gadz a and Delfino to step up now. -
I know.

I've kept quiet in this thread so far but I have to say something... Now I like LeBron but it seems like he may be doing this as a way to prove a point that MJ is the best and hopes to shut down all talks of Kobe potentially being the best. Just a thought. I don't think LeBron could take it if Kobe was "said" to be the best player to ever play, so maybe this is his way to get people talking about Jordan opposed to Kobe.

Bogut out 2-to-4 weeks with strained leg
Jenneral replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Milwaukee Bucks Team Forum
This is a huge loss. I wasn't even aware that he was injured or getting an MRI. Gadz has been playing well so far this year but I don't expect him to be able to fill in for Bogut 100%. This could really hurt us over the next couple of weeks. -
Definitely not real. The next MW will be released in two years.

Something similar happened to be about a month ago. I was just finishing up my paper when Word decided it had an error and needed to immediately shut down. -_-

Solid win for the bucks, 99-85. Jennings got 19 points along with a great 8 assists. However, he also led the team with 8 turnovers. He's going to need to limit those down the stretch as that many can really make or break certain games when they're a bit closer. I know with experience he'll make some better decisions and that shouldn't really be an issue. I was pretty much right with Bogut though. He finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds. I would love to see those types of numbers from him every night but unfortunately that's just not going to happen. He's a 15/9 kind of center if that. Regardless, he put up the numbers tonight and played a big role in us walking away with the win. Ridnour and Delfino also contributed a good amount tonight. They combined for 38 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assits. This is a different Bucks team. Without Redd we seem to be getting more players involved in the offense, thus also making them work on the defensive end. I think Redd's time in Milwaukee may be just about over as we've proven we're the same if not better without him. We need to start rebuilding around Jennings and Bogut now. I'd like to see us trade Redd for some picks or other young players. Overall, solid win for the Bucks!
