General layout of the new homepage is up. Need to fix a few things that are overlapping and what not. as well s a link not working but that's pretty much it. Thoughts?

New poll. We're close to 200 answers.

I'm only going to offer more prizes if we keep people actively voting in the polls. We've seen a decent drop off the last two days so hopefully once we get the new homepage up and some of the other changes based on feedback allowing us to actually start advertising we'll see the numbers go back up. More users = more revenue (when we actually have ads up) = more prizes

New poll is up. Based on the last poll, what point amount would you guys like to be rewarded for referrals? I was thinking somewhere around 5 points for every friend you bring in. I want to hear your thoughts on it though.
