I don't love the trade but I don't hate it either like most do. Actually, I like the draft picks considering where we ended up picking. Leuer could be a huge sleeper in the draft and Harris is still young. What I don't like is that we're in this rebuild/compete phase. We need to pick one or the other. I would have been much happier with dealing Bogut/10 for the #2 overall that was rumored earlier in the week. It's deals like that are the only way Milwaukee can truly get talent and compete. Free agents (and even some players coming through the draft) do not want to play in Milwaukee.

C- Not even going to elaborate on this shit. Don't be surprised if I'm not active here next season with the combo of college and a shit team.

Can't wait for next year's draft.

I feel like him possibly not playing next year shouldn't affect your thoughts on the pick. The Raptors won't be competing next season regardless. With that said, I like the pick.

I feel like the Cavs didn't want to wait around for Valanciunas for a year. What's really the difference when you're that bad. Just suck for another year, get another lotto pick, and have them join together. Doesn't make much of a difference and really shouldn't affect the teams that are in the lottery.

The NBA Draft is one of my favorite sporting "events" of the year. I'm weird, I know.

I feel like we need to get rid of at least one of Maggette, Gooden, Salmons in order for this offseason to be considered a success. We really got ourself into a jam with our spending last year and now it'll take some moves and time to fix those. This could be a good start if done correctly.
