Doesn't make sense as I read the article you posted it says the Magic will investigate first and if they have solid evidence they they will to the full extent got after New Jersey.

Hornets get a 3 starters which included Lamar Odom, Luis Scola, & Kevin Martin who can wake up from his bed and drop 20 points a game with a nice backup PG in Doran Gragic with draft picks. And Lakers giving up all that size got CP3. It was a fair deal all around yet David Stern can't seem to look at it that why.
