  1. Awesome job on Bosh's part. Definitely agree with him.
  2. This is pretty shocking. Obviously there are reasons to him leaving, wonder what they are. The obvious guess would be some sort of conflict between him and Vince...or him and Linda.
  3. I don't really like Rage Against the Machine...actually, I can hardly stand them. -_-
  4. He needs to definitely rest up, it'd be nice to see Marion turn his career around but I think with a good PG like Kidd (before having Nash), he'll be able to play a lot better.
  5. To be honest, I thought of them but decided against it because I haven't listened to them nearly as much as the ones above, but I did consider them.
  6. This is a list I've been working on for awhile now. Right now, about 25-30 of these bands are accurate, the rest I was filling out to get 100 so that I can later edit it. This is my rough draft of my favorite 100 bands. The last 5 or so are actually pretty accurate as I don't think I'd rank them any higher than other bands but like I said, it's a rough draft. 1. Guns N Roses 2. Aerosmith 3. Velvet Revolver 4. Motley Crue 5. Ozzy Osbourne 6. The Scorpions 7. Muse 8. AC/DC 9. Drowning Pool (Dave Williams)* 10. Dream Theater 11. Metallica 12. Alice Cooper 13. White Zombie * = When Dave Williams was alive and fronting Drowning Pool, I loved them, but when they replaced him with their 2nd singer, it was hard to listen to them because I didn't like his voice at all.. Though I actually haven't heard any of their new stuff with their 3rd singer but I plan on getting their new CD. It'd be cool to check out some other people's top favorite bands/artists whether it's 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, etc. This is about music in general, not just rock/metal. So let's see some lists people.
  7. It appears that the November issue of Playboy will feature....Marge Simpson. Yes, the blue haired wife of Homer. http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/TV/10/12/marge.simpson.playboy/index.html So...uhm....Really?
  8. I read about this earlier (CNN is one of the sites I go to at work) and I thought it was f**ked up. I have family that is gay (which is why I don't use the word gay to mean something is stupid or lame anymore) and I would be pissed off if any of my family was brutally beaten for being gay. Hope the guy gets what's coming to him and I hope they find the second guy quickly.
  9. He obviously doesn't want to play that bad, rejecting a 1.3 mil on a contending team. Get this tool out of the league already.
  10. He'll come around. Once he realizes how great of a team the Blazers have and how he'll be starting when the season is over. I know Blake is a great PG but you can't not start Dre Miller once we really get into the season.
  11. It's weird to think that 2001 is about 8-9 years ago.
  12. They definitely should of kept Emeka, his ceiling is higher potential wise...he just will never hit it....Well he's got CP3 now.
  13. That's why bigs like that should NOT be trying to take charges in the paint, jump up and contest the dunk!
  14. Welcome, good to have new members around.
  15. Really? Well, to sum it up, it's pretty much a pre-recorded talk show involving at least one person and they discuss topics and issues that they want too. For example, a lot of basketball teams have podcasts out there for fans to listen to to get news and updates. It's pretty cool if done well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podcast Wiki is a great tool as well and explains it in depth. As far as the names go...I'll try to think of something as I honestly don't think the names quite suit the site/forums.
  16. Nice. I'm eager to see how he does for the Rockets. I say he needs to start at center. He's got some decent potential.
  17. Comparing the two players is pretty funny, I'd take Budinger as a rookie than Sasha in his "prime" anyday.
  18. Yeah me too, plus my immune system is kickass anyways. :glasses:
  19. He hasn't hit a billion yet... http://blogs.golf.com/presstent/2009/10/tiger-im-not-a-billionaire.html#
  20. I've heard of them and listened to their music (my mom likes them) but they aren't my cup of tea. Good band though.
  21. I was pretty excited to see Chase go to the Rockets as the Rockets are one of my favorite teams. Hopefully he gets some good minutes because he can be a deadly player if used right.
  22. That's what I like to hear. Cannot wait for this damn off season to end already.
  23. I really dislike Brian Scalabrine.
