  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0tMuVjTayo8 I know the commercial is old but it's still funny as hell. I was watching it again and I just noticed that Mark Jackson takes away Kevin Love's slushy. Never noticed it before.
  2. God damn...I can't wait to see what Oden brings to the table this year, whether it be from the bench or starting, I know he'll be a beast.
  3. Great article and it perfectly describes Dre's game. I predict we'll win about 56-59 games this season.
  4. I love the smell of new shoes. One of the best smells ever. Also, new car smell.
  5. I'm somewhat eager to see this kid play. He's been talking and he's got a good amount of potential. So I'm curious to see what he can bring to the Bucks. I honestly think he has the potential to be the face of Milwaukee. Assuming Redd is traded later down the road to a team that doesn't suck.
  6. All I can say is that I can't freaking wait for the season to start. I'm sooo excited about the team.
  7. Well, I just started it all over since the first time I read it, I got through the first three chapters and stopped reading it because I wasn't in the reading mood as I had just finished Zo's book. But so far, I can tell it's going to be a good read. I'll let you know when I'm finished reading it on what I thought and if it's worth the money. But so far, it is.
  8. So will we win more than 54 games this year? Less games? I mean, if we win less games with Dre Miller, obviously he wasn't that much help...I can honestly see us winning about 56-58 games this year.
  9. I would definitely start Mad Dog over Griffen. Griffen is a bust.
  10. I'm pretty sure Martell will start if he's healthy, which I think he will be by the time the season starts. Dre, Roy, MWeb, LA, Oden/Pryz...I like it.
  11. Scalabrine or Matt Bonner or Michael Doleac or Raef LeFrentz....
  12. Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking about the collar. I'm usually a perfectionist but I for some reason left it. To this day, it bugs the crap out of me. Also, the NBA logos kind of annoy me too, they look weird. And what's that site you linked to? Cause it is mine. I even have the .PSD for it and everything to prove it. I could do one of him in a Nuggets jersey but I don't have desire too or need too. I also made some pretty good switches of Oden and Durant in Blazer uniforms back when we won the lottery.
  13. I love how there was an interview with Kobe and someone mentions the dunk and Kobe was like "Yeah, I baptized him". I couldn't stop laughing. He said so casually too.
  14. At least I wasn't the only one who thought they did.
  15. I did a jersey switch of DWade for my league sometime ago. It was during the time when the Kings had him and he became the "poster child" for the league as he was having an insane year putting up MJ like numbers. Let me know what you think of it. http://fc02.deviantart.com/fs26/f/2008/039/3/1/Dwyane_Wade_Jersey_Switch_by_SirShorty.png If the image doesn't work, let me know and I'll upload it to my photobucket account.
  16. Hurry! Alert Nike so that this gets taken down!!! Gotta love it though. Can't wait for the season to start.
  17. Why would anyone use IE8? It's terrible.
  18. I figured a topic about books and reading should be up, so I'll go ahead and start. What book(s) are you currently reading, what books did you really enjoy reading and would probably read again, what books do you want to read in the future? I'm currently reading "The Chris Farley Show" which is a biography about the late great SNL actor, Chris Farley. I started it quite sometime ago but haven't finished it. I just picked it back up and I'll probably be reading it every day for the next 2-3 weeks or so. Farley is one of my all time favorite actors. I've read Alonzo Morning's autobiography. It was a decent read, I liked it. I read GNR/Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash's autobiography which I really enjoyed as he's my favorite guitarist. I have Telfair's book "The Jump" I think it's called, I haven't started it but I want to. I got it back when Telfair still played in Portland and he's was one of my favorite players at the time (I still like him but not as much as before). In the near future, I'm also wanting to read "The Dirt" which is the book written by the band Motley Crue as well as "Walk This Way" which is the book by Aerosmith. Other notable books are American Gods and Anansi Boys both by Neil Gaiman. The guy is a freaking genius when it comes to books. Both were [expletive]ing amazing books but Anansi Boys was the better one. Anansi Boys has the same characters that were in American Gods, but this time, they have bigger roles. It's not a sequel or anything, just set in the same time and environment. I recommend both to anyone, mainly Anansi Boys. So what books are you reading? What books are your favorites? And what books are you looking forward to reading?
  19. Dude, I'm catching up to you! Pretty soon, I'll be on top of the Wiz forum!
  20. Despite all the hype, I knew it was going to be a simple dunk. He's just a college kid, he's not gonna be able to do that wide open let alone on LeBron. And whinges?
  21. Top 3 in the Blazer forum and top 5 in the Wiz forum. I'll take it.
  22. Alright. Very nice. I may be switching to it in the near future. Thanks for checking.
  23. Wow. Gotta love people coming on to forums and acting all tough and [expletive] then saying "just a basketball site". Real awesome.
