Just bought my tickets to go see this game. Aldridge, Durant, Roy, Crawford, Josh Howard, Matthews all are sure things to play. It doesn't look like it's going to have the star power that other games have had but I'm still pretty excited to go see it this Sunday.

I got Jason Kidd, though I've been told that my game is a little similar to Deron Williams. For me, I'd say Kidd probably best suits me though. I attack the rim, draw double teams and depending on the situation, I'll lay it up or dish it to a wide open teammate for a three.

Getting ready for pizza and beer for Halloween...very nice.

So, because today is Halloween, I went into work dressed up as Slash, the lead guitarist of Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver. I'm sure everyone here knows who he is, if you don't, please quit life. Anyways, so I'm at work and one of the older ladies sees me and she's like "Oh! You're Bob Dylan!"....I was like "Uh no, I'm Slash". Then she was like "Oh, Sludge?"..."Nooo....Slash, from Guns N Roses/Velvet Revolver...", then she said "Oh...Slush?" "No, with an 'A'...SLASH (me saying it a bit louder so she can hear)". That's when I walked away.

Thanks, though birthday isn't until the 30th (Sunday). I'm not much of a wine person but it's Rosenblum Cellars Cabernet Sauvingnon.

So, I came into work today to find my desk and computer decked out in birthday stuff along with a card and balloons. Then a co-worker (who I thought hated me) brought my a bottle of red wine. So today is looking up already. Plus, it's payday.

Imagine if...back during the 2005 NBA Draft, had Portland kept the 3rd pick, we could have had Deron Williams, Chris Paul, or Danny Granger. Or, let's just forget about Deron, Chris, and Danny. What if we still made that trade and instead...took Andrew Bynum. I'm going to assume that we still would have sucked the next year, Kevin Pritchard was still going to rape the Bulls and TWolves for Roy and Aldridge regardless. Now all of a sudden, you've got Roy, Aldridge, and Bynum with Telfair (who is still young with potential). Let's still imagine that we miraculously win the lottery in 2007 and still have the number 1 pick. Since we've already got Bynum, we take Durant instead of Oden. A team of Roy, Durant, Aldridge, Bynum and Telfair? Plus, I'd assume Telfair would have had a better career had he had Roy, Durant, Aldridge, and Bynum around him. That just sounds scary...Just for fun, I'm going to assume that Bynum, Roy, and Oden have healthy careers... A buddy of mine and I were talking about this and it was kind of fun to think about the possibilities of what could have been. Discuss some "what ifs" for your team(s).
