Joe Johnson, Hawks Finalize Agreement On Max Contract
Dr. Feelgood replied to xx.'s topic in Atlanta Hawks Team Forum
He's a fantastic player but wow. The Hawks will regret this. -
I mentioned this somewhere around here, but I'll mention it again. I work at a company you've never heard of, Roadmaster Inc. We manufacture tow bars, braking systems, sway bars, mounting brackets, etc to safely tow your car behind your motorhome. I work in the warehouse shipping out between 70-150 orders at about 100-175 packages a day. It's a very relaxed job as I goof off with my boss for probably half the day.

Confirmed: Steve Blake to Lakers
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dash's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I hate it. I absolutely hate it. -
If only you watched him play as much Blazers fan would, you would know that he constantly looks lost on the court, is very inconsistent with the ball whether it be shooting or dishing. I cringe when he shoots the ball. I don't cringe at all when Miller shoots the ball. He is quicker than most people give him credit for, he is crafty, and is one of the stronger guards in the league. Bayless...eh, he definitely needs to step up his game.

Confirmed: Steve Blake to Lakers
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dash's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Damn...It'll be weird rooting against him when the Blazers/Lakers play. He was such a badass for us against the Lakers too. Blake is one of the toughest players in the league. That's one thing people don't about him, he wont back down from anyone. He stood up to Dwight at the end of the season, didn't hesitate, didn't back down at all. This will definitely add toughness for the Lakers. -
Blazers waive Ryan Gomes

We don't need him, that's why. -
My sound on my laptop is completely gone! help
Dr. Feelgood replied to xx.'s topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
A co-worker of mine brought in his laptop for me to look at with the same problem. I'll be able to help you out when I get home as the computer at work is Windows 2000 or something old and lame. But if it's what I think it is, your sound is just fine. Somehow a setting got applied when I wasn't supposed to. If someone is able to help you out before me, great. But I'll be able to help as I don't quite remember the settings by heart. It's a matter of a default speaker setting or something like that. -
Update of the Update of the Update 6-29-10 So it's been a long time since I last posted an update about the situation that I was going through at the beginning of the year. Things have changed. I am fully moved in with my mom, in which it's a one bedroom apartment. So for the past 2-3 months, I've been sleeping on the couch in the living room (I think I mentioned this in another topic...) and it's not a very comfortable couch (I used to sleep on this same couch back when I lived with my mom like...5 years ago when I had a couch and bed in my room in the garage). I remembered how terrible of a couch it was to sleep on but it's all good. I'm loving being able to spend some time with my younger sister who is 11 years old and being able to help out my mom some as well. Things have been going pretty decently lately. I've been playing more and more basketball, eating less fast food and losing weight. And just last Friday, I was a couple numbers away from winning the 9.2 million dollar lottery (had three numbers, was off by one number on a number (had 26, was 25) and off by 2 numbers on another (had 48, was 46)). I finally got together with my buddy to play some guitar. I'm still learning and he was able to teach me some new things, which was great. I also decided to move in with Jake and John (my cousin and his boyfriend) in April of 2011 (after tax time) as it makes more sense for me to split rent/bills/food 3 ways on a two bedroom apartment. I think it'll work between the three of us, I honestly do. Back during Father's day Weekend, my aunt Kathy revealed that she was pregnant with her boyfriend Anthony. They moved closer to Anthony's work with my younger cousin Jim. Jake and John are currently living with John's parents with at least 4-5 other people. Another thing that I'd like to mention, is that a couple buddies of mine and my cousin Jim, either sometime this year or next year, we'll be taking a road trip to Minnesota for the sole purpose of going to White Castle to enjoy (hopefully) delicious fast food. From Gresham OR to Minnesota, it's a 1 day 2 hour drive (we're going to alternate between drivers). It's going to be a blast being on this trip for the experience of going on a road trip. We haven't ironed out all the details but we plan on probably leaving Friday evening and arriving late Sunday or early Monday (gonna take Monday off to give us more time). That's pretty much it...Oh wait, I did sign my name to the title of a Kia Van as my grandfather finally paid it off and wants me to take his van when he gets to old to drive (we actually pretty much have the same name, only difference is I have II at the end). Yeah....at least the only thing I'll have to pay on it is insurance and gas, no car payments. -_- Thanks, Dr. Feelgood

Favorite player in the draft?
Dr. Feelgood replied to AllenIverson#1fan's topic in NBA Draft History
In no specific order. Paul George Lance Stephenson Jordan Crawford Gordan Hayward Luke Babbitt -
I'm definitely going to pay attention to the Pacers this year. Paul George and Lance Stephenson (this guy will prove to be a steal in the draft) along with Granger will be fun to watch.

Wow...Traitor!
-
I'm disappointed. Firing Pritchard will back fire on the Blazers. Maybe he'll land a gig in Phoenix, they need a GM.
-
Blazers have had the draft so far
Dr. Feelgood replied to a topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Thank you. -
Good job spamming with three posts when you could of posted all three quotes in one post. But he is an amazing GM in the league. Paul Allen and the Vulcans screwed him out of the job.

Dr. Feelgood replied to a topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Pritchard still has full control of the Blazers until after the draft I believe. I've heard a couple of rumors that we could be getting Tony Parker without trading Roy, Aldridge, Batum, and Oden. It's a damn shame...a damn shame. -
Blazers Fire GM Kevin Pritchard
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dr. Feelgood's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Phoenix is looking for a general manager...wouldn't be surprised to see Pritchard there. -
Blazers Fire GM Kevin Pritchard

Yeah this is a worthless post. Way to contribute to the discussion. -
Blazers Fire GM Kevin Pritchard

Firing Kevin Pritchard will back fire on the Portland Trail Blazers. This will bite them in the [expletive] very very hard. -

And here is confirmation... http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/67429/20100624/blazers_fire_kevin_pritchard/ -
I'm listening to the local radio station and they just announced that today will be the last day for Kevin Pritchard as he has been fired.

Miller wasn't doing that great anyways? Another person who doesn't watch Blazer games. He had a fantastic season this year with the Blazers. He was the man when Brandon Roy was hurt. He stepped up in Roy's absence when LaMacrus Aldridge couldn't handle it. He put the team on his shoulders and got us key wins against Dallas (in Dallas in which he scored a career high 52), against Boston in Boston, against the Lakers. He's been one of the key parts for the Blazers this year.

This is true. Kobe was drafted by the Hornets and traded to the Lakers the same day.
