Blazers find multiple suitors for Rudy Fernandez
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dash's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
There is like a 75-80% he goes back overseas though. -
Definitely in my opinion, it's Pritchard.

Knicks talking Rudy Fernandez trade with Portland
Dr. Feelgood replied to a topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
1. Yeah, he didn't do anything with the contract, that warrants him to get fired. Good point. 2. The Andre Miller free agent signing should help Pritchard's case to keep his job since we were going after Turkoglu and with the way he's worked so well in Toronto. Miller has been a vital part for the Blazers (you would know that if you watched Blazer games, I watched 97% of them this season). He helped us so much when Roy was hurt, stepped up and became the team leader when Roy was hurt. LaMarcus didn't do that, he couldn't. Miller did. He's been one of the best free agent signings of the year. 3. See above. He fit in perfectly for us. He learned to play with Roy, Roy learned to play with him. He's one of the most underrated players in the league. 4. This is a business. Just because a player loves playing with his teammate doesn't make that player untouchable. He traded Blake and Outlaw for Marcus Camby, a center that we needed really bad with both Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla having season ending injuries. We were running 37 year old 6'9" veteran Juwan Howard and rookie 6'9" Jeff Pendergraph at center until we got Camby. Camby helped us tremendously (you would know if you watched any Blazer game at all). Pritchard addressed a need for the Blazers, used the depth that we had, and got us a valuable asset to beef up our defense. 5. At the time, we also needed a center too. Like I said, every team in the entire NBA would of taken Greg Oden over Kevin Durant back during the 2007 draft. Greg Oden still has so much potential left in him. He'll be a defensive monster when he becomes healthy. 6. Yeah, he's a damn solid center. Why not get a center who is younger, is more athletic, and has much much more potential. I do not regret us drafting Oden at all. -

So I would like to know your reasons for you thinking Pritchard (Blazers GM) needing to be fired. -
Knicks talking Rudy Fernandez trade with Portland
Dr. Feelgood replied to a topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
That's one of the stupidest things I've heard anyone say. Back during the 2007 draft, if you were the GM of any team and had the first pick, you would of taken Oden. Don't say you wouldn't have because you'd be a liar. You can't deny that and no one can. Still, I think Oden was the right pick for the Blazers. He'll be one of the best defensive bigs in the league. Sure he wont score as much as we all thought he would have when he was in college, but he'll anchor our defense. -

You honestly think Kevin Pritchard (Blazers GM) should be fired? After getting rid of the Jail Blazer era, stealing Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge from Chicago and Minny, stealing Rudy from Phoenix, and nabbing Batum, who is one of the most underrated players in the league? He drafted Greg Oden (which I still don't regret at all and every team in the league would of drafted Oden instead of Durant). It would be great for us to get rid of Rudy who just isn't the same player he once was, plus with the rumors going around that he'll bolt back to Europe, this would be a steal for Portland, not New York. Please explain to me why you think Kevin Pritchard should be fired. -
Blazers decline Batum for 4th pick?

I guess we'll see when the time comes. -
Blazers decline Batum for 4th pick?
Dr. Feelgood replied to Real Deal's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
I would honestly rather have Batum than the 4th pick. I don't want anymore young players that we have to develop. Batum is a very underrated player and a really good defender. -
What if the NBA was like the World Cup?

Made me laugh. Funny as hell. Not sure why people don't like this...Oh well. Some just don't have a very good sense of humor. -
Well...Let's see what happens. I personally would love to see the Lakers crumble because they lost FARMAR! Blake would probably be the ideal PG as he's a cheap yet effective player, knows the game well, is a pass first PG, a pretty decent defender, is tough (didn't back down from Dwight Howard) and can knock down the three point shot.

Should WNBA end and just allow women in the NBA?
Dr. Feelgood replied to reno's topic in General NBA Discussion
Yes! 2nd this. But really, the leagues should stay separate because it wouldn't be fair at all. -
RIP Manute Bol.

He chose to go that way. He had options of lethal injection or firing squad. -

Well, I think they call that puberty. When you're young, you sound different. When you get older and mature, your voice changes. -

Wow, the Lakers did it again. I'm happy for Ron Artest. Showed that signing him was NOT a mistake at all. -

Watch, Pierce, Allen, or Rondo will hit a game winning three. -

Wow...This topic is on page 6 for me and I have 40 posts per page. But damn...what a terrible offensive game. It's been great watching it on the defensive end. Kobe is turning it on now. 5-23? No problem. He's top 3 in NBA history for clutchness. -
Bynum: "We're guaranteed to win."

I wouldn't be saying anything like to to jinx our chance of winning it. You say that, go into the game really cocky and confident and witness your opponent holding the trophy mid court with his teammates...Let's see which player jinxed his team. -

Losing Perk hurts almost every aspect for the Celts. You lose the toughest guy on the court, rebounding, getting a hand on the ball to tip to a teammate on long rebounds, help defense. If Perk doesn't play (which it's sounding like he wont) then Baby and Sheed must step up if they Cs stand a chance. This just looks better for the Lakers. I gotta say, Ron Artest. The dude stepped up big. He just patiently waited on the baseline for a drive and dish from Kobe and he shot the ball with confidence, not hesitating at all. He missed his first shot but after that, he knew exactly where to be at the right time. Plus, he played great defense as well. I've got a double or nothing bet and this looks great for me right now. No chance the Lakers lose at home on Thursday. -
I don't think adding adding just Favors to the current lineup makes the Nets a perennial playoff team. They're much to young. Although, they are in the East so I could see them making the 8th seed. Tough call. Though if you do add in LeBron to the Nets, then they're about a 5-8 seed, I don't think I'd go higher for the first year of LeBron joining. But as Harris, Lopez, Lee, Williams, and Favors get better, the Nets will definitely be good for awhile.

I could potentially win up to 90 bucks but it looks like it'll just be 60 bucks. 30 from a co-worker and 30 from my boss. My boss and I have kind of a two part bet, if the game is decided by just 1 point, our bet doubles. I'm going for the Lakers. Garnett now knows Farmar can get up there. I mean, he didn't get dunked on, he just came way late and got an arm in the poster shot.
