School Kids Taught To Praise Barack Obama
reno replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Blame the school, and comparing Obama to Hitler is ludicrous. Its not like Obama told the school to make the students sing a song about him... -
"I can't do too much talking, because I haven't had the ball thrown my way much this year," Houshmandzadeh said. "So you have to get the ball before you can talk." "It depends on your pain tolerance," Houshmandzadeh said when asked if it might be better for Hasselbeck to sit out. "If you can tolerate it, you can play with it. Some guys have a high level of pain tolerance and some don't. So we'll see where Matt fits in." http://sports.espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/news/story?id=4503239

Posted By Michael Tunison 11:20 AM The issuance of flatus during film sessions is enough of a disruptive force for the Bears that any player who lets one loose is slapped with a $20 fine. Now, before you go thinking that Lovie Smith has become a taskmaster on par with Eric Mangini, who, if you'll recall, fined a player four figures for not paying for a $3 water bottle during the preseason, this is a matter of self-policing by Bears players. At least that's what Bears defensive tackle Anthony Adams has divulged in a post for a Chicago Tribune blog. Adams has also spotlighted a serial worst offender in defensive end Mark Anderson, whose eruptions could possibly clear out all of Soldier Field. "Mark Anderson (pictured) might be the worst farter ever," Adams writes. "He takes these protein shakes, so he smells like little babies do." Ooh, a meconium smelling one! That'll empty the film room for weeks. One man's emissions could possibly make the team unprepared for an entire season. Hopefully Adams keeps a running tally of who rips the most and lets the world know. Personally, Orlando Pace looks like a guy who emits some lingering stale ones. http://www.sportingnews.com/blog/the_sporting_blog/entry/view/36368/in_chicago,_he_who_dealt_it_is_also_fined_for_it

/sigh, this is gonna be a boring match up, o well. Its better to win I guess.
-
Tennessee is like most 0-2 teams this year, they lost both thier games, and gave up 34 points to the texans. Titans are not a great team this year, get over it. Last year was a one year wonder for them, and the Jets will win in this game.
-
No contest, NYJ defense will shutdown anything Tennessee throws at them.
-
well, this is gonna be a lousy game. Im guessing packers can get a win here

lol at Roethlisberger being a top 5 qb My list 1. Drew Brees 2. Peyton Manning 3. Matt Ryan 4. Eli Manning 5. Toss up between Joe Flacco and Philip Rivers

Soccer is only fun to watch during the world cup. Other than that, its the poor mans sport. Which is why its the worlds most popular sport.
-
ouch, looks like Seattle got hurt with the injury bug this week. Possibly 9 players may miss this weeks game?
-
Should be an interesting game. I think bengals will exploit the steelers secondary though, with palmer and chad johnson unloading their cannons. Cederic Benson has also been a beast this season.Cinci with home field advantage, should win this tight rivalry game.
-
Hard to choose whos gona win, I hate seeing new england struggle Hopefully belicheck gets it together and pats win big.
-
Should be a good match up, Willis vs Adrian Peterson. Im guessing 9ers will win in a close 4th quarter battle.

Whos your most hated player in the nfl, and why? Personally, I hate Jake Delhomme, guys just a dbag. I also cant stand hassleback and lt. Hassleback, idk just cant stand the dude, and lt imo is a crybaby.
-
Not entirely, the nyg did not finish 6-10 last season. However, I do question on whether the nyg is a top team in the nfl this year, but will see as the season goes on. They had 2 hard fought wins, and last night could have went either way.

Ok ,lets go ahead and give the steelers those 2 fieldgoals, which would give them a 6 point lead. Cutler, on his final drive, was looking unstoppable, the wide receivers were finding themselves wide open. I guarantee you he would of scored a touchdown that drive, instead of having Robbie kick a fieldgoal, and we would of won regardless 21-20 instead of 17-14. But now we are playing hypothetical situations, which is rather pointless. We got 14 games left this season, and I expect us to improve in each one of them. To bad I have to wait till week 12 to watch the bears play the viqueens.
-
First off, neither of those field goals were "easy" in that type of field condition, including goulds. And if we would have played tighter coverage and stopped the steelers on 4th n goal, we wouldn't have been in that situation. C WAT I DID DER, [expletive] like this happens all the time in the nfl. And until the vikings play a real team, they haven't proved anything yet either.
-
Yes, packers are bad, and a great veteran offense exposed them this week.
-
Trust me, I would of done it sooner if i was by a computer. :glasses: And how many times must I explain it, bears played bad last week against the packers. Its not like the packers defense made the wide receivers run the wrong routes or call a direct snap on 4th and long.
