I mainly drink almond milk. But when I do have regular milk, its usually the fat free, no growth hormones added.

cow milk is just not natural for an adult human being to drink. I don't drink pop much tho, only time is at restaurants.

The more you shampoo, the more you damage your hair. Have you ever seen a homeless man bald? Usually they pretty hairy. + all those harmful chemicals in it and it drys out your scalp so your head tries to produce more oil to makeup for it. I stopped shampooing my head and its been 2 days so far and I don't plan on shampooing again. I might condition with a natural conditioner every now and then, but thats it. Anyone else not shampoo their hair?
