Its a good pick up by the blazers as long they allow him to do what he does best which is score he should fit in great.

This is a great signing by the Bulls. Richard Hamilton will make the opposition run through screens and make them work. It also gives Rose that score help that they lacked on the wing. Richard is a good defensive player and has won a tile in the past so his experience will prove to be vital to the Bulls team.

He is a good athletic guy who amounted to nothing in New Jersey he has got a lot to prove in the NBA.

It’s just a rebuilding year and he could turn out to be a real good role player or a bust either way his contract doesn’t hurt the long term goal of the Raptors which is maintain salary flexibility.

I’m not a fan of Calderon but he is a better floor general then Bayless. Most likely Bayless will out play Calderon defensively and offensively so to it doesn’t matter who starts at the beginning of the season because injury happens and players lose their starting job throughout the season.

I didn’t like the idea of MLSE selling to an American company. I rather look at the bright side of things at least Bell and Rogers are Canadian base so I at least feel that the Raptors are here to stay. Who knows they may eventually put more money into the Raptors once they feel that we have a legit chance of winning.

I really don’t see the point of him coming back to Toronto. He left on bad terms and part of was based on his on court performance. I just think him returning to this team would tarnish the young and vibrant player that he was as a raptor and that should just remain the way it.

I’m not going to judge this guy when I haven’t seen him play yet but based on the past few season I believe Andrea has to go. I don’t think he a main guy on any team in the league. Defensively he is a liability and offensively he as times can be great but he takes a lot of bad shots which ultimately makes things difficult for the team defensively. I like to think the team is moving in a different direction and I really don’t see how he fits.

Vince Cater hands down and honestly if this team was managed right the raptors would have seem more success with Vince.

Every European player needs to adjust to the NBA regardless but I think the challenge for Valanciunas is that he needs to make NBA players adjust to his game in order for him to be successful in his first season whenever that is going to be.

Valanciunas is clearly a solid player as much as I did not like the selection of him I actually think he will pan out for the raptors. In my mind it’s not essential that he get bigger he just needs to get stronger and polish his post game for him to be able to endure an 82 plus season.

The pistons do not benefit from this trade at all which is why they won’t do this trade unless you get some assets back in return of trading the 8th pick.

Maybe this is a dumb question but what impact can an assistant gm have on a team with a guy like Colangelo running the show. If anything I wouldn’t mind seeing Colangelo stick to the president of basketball operations and get someone with experience to continue the rebuilding process that Colangelo has started.

Back in 2006 Colangelo’s eyes where only on Andrea and we all know how that is working out plus didn’t Rudy drop all the way to the 8th pick? This article is just suggesting that the raptors would explore any opportunity to acquire Rudy if not they would be involved in a trade with Rudy somehow.

He is not worthy of pick number 5 that is not what I’m suggesting but if there were a way to acquire him via trade or buying pick to draft him I think would be great for the organization.
