Not a problem for me. He'll use it as a way to stay sharp. It's not like he's going to be playing 30 minutes a game in the worlds. He'll have a break before the Worlds to fix what ails him.

I'm on it right now. If you think it's a big iPod touch then you are mistaken. You need to try it out. It's pretty sweet. It's faster than i thought. The screen is beautiful. Many great apps. I was on it a lot yesterday and today and my battery is still half charged. Reading on it is pretty sweet too. And it's easy to take everywhere. Unless absolutely necessary I don't even need to use my laptop anymore. Before this I was always on my iPhone anyways.

It's great that we locked him up. We have a good few more chances to go for those titles. He'll go down as the greatest Laker, ever. That alone is worth the money.

5 years. It's been a great ride

Agreed with everything, especially the Sacramento bench reacting on every made basket like it was the Finals. That stuff got pretty annoying pretty quickly. Final minutes and key points of the game that stuff is fine, but the WHOLE game? I was a little annoyed with Cassipi and Hawes yelling and pumping their chest on every play while they were in the game as well. That's more understandable since they were actually doing something. I guess i wouldn't have been as annoyed with them if it weren't for their bench. Oh well. Maybe I was just annoyed because we played like hot donkey rear end. That's the more likely reason. Fisher couldn't hit crap and our defense most of the game was reminiscent of the Mavs game. If we didn't have Kobe we would have lost by 30. Odom started the third quarter well for us and then Kobe finished it. We shouldn't have needed that, though.

Hopefully we go on a run to start the second. We're slightly sluggish right now.

How does that make him a douchebag? So every potential free agent coming out this year should just sign with their current team for less money, right? If he earned the payday he should have every right to take it. That's like saying you shouldn't take a raise your boss is going to give you so that they can use that money to hire another person. If you choose to take that raise that does not make you a douchebag. You have the right to choose.

First 6 games, last year: Ariza: 10 PPG - 5.17 RPG - 1.5 APG ~~ 0.52 FG% - 0.55 3P% - 0.55 FT% Artest: 17 PPG - 5.5 RPG - 2.5 APG ~~ 0.36 FG% - 0.43 3P% - 0.78 FT% ----- Artest is giving us this year what Ariza gave us last year with more points and more assists. The shooting percentages are pretty far and apart but it flows with what Artest did to start the previous year. Looking at Artest's stats from last year to this year his percentages have gone way up comparatively and his scoring has gone down which is expected.

This early year so far it's 'Melo, no question. He and Kobe are playing the best ball these first two weeks. All around game to go along with good efficiency, and their teams are winning these early games.

Kobe killed it like usual. 19 for 30??? Beastly percentage. I'm not sure why they let O.J. get abused possession after possession. Artest played well again. He's really getting a feel for how he's going to fit.
