I think that was the same for my dog, not too sure if he had a tumor in his leg but it had something to do with his leg and they did a surgery on it and put bandages. When he got home he already took them off by himself.

What I think his trying to say is that he thinks that Phoenix doesn't want him and won't sign an extension. I'm sure he'd love to be with Phoenix and if they offered him a decent extension then he would accept.
