On the 30th of November (few days ago) marked a year after my dog died, he was only one years old and seeing as that was the first dog I ever had it was really sad for me. My dog was run over and I went to school the same morning he got run over and I just tried holding my anger in by avoiding everyone but the slightest thing made me snap at one of my friends.

I have noticed this in some of the Heat Break-downs by Coach Nick. Either LeBron or Wade are just walking around while the others are doing their thing, they aren't moving around to help out or really going for any screens to create oppurtunities.

Okay, you got me there... -_- But still, defense consists a lot of your mind. Sure people can practice defense (eg. footwork, proper technique on defense etc.) but I think defense isn't something you can pick up as easily as shooting or dribble moves or anything.

Exactly. Defense isn't always practical you needa be a quick thinker and everything.
