I think the Mavs won because they were more hungry, seriously. You could tell Dirk was EXTREMELY hungry and wanted the ring so bad, just look at how he just walked into the change room instead of celebrating. This is definitely a great day for Dirk and the Mavs. Hard work pays off.

This was probably Kidd's last chance to win one as a healthy player and while he had a bit left in him. I'm glad he did it. As well as Dirk but I'm sure Dirk still has a fair bit in him. Congrats to the Mavs and the fans who stuck by them the whole time.

For a split second I was thinking that this was Christiano Ronaldo lol. But then I remembered the Brazilian Ronaldo, and read the description of the thread. I use to follow soccer a little bit, lately I haven't really but Ronaldo was one of those players I really looked up to and tried to model my game after when I was playing soccer.
