  1. The biggest think you get from Al Jefferson that you didn't get from Boozer is the ability to single handedly take over games
  2. Lol at non Jazz fans? Al Jefferson was very effective in the pick and roll http://i29.tinypic.com/29gofg3.jpg Jefferon>Boozer Best post moves in the Nba When's the last time Boozer has been able to take over a game by himself without no help from Deron pick and rolls? When's the last time Boozer was able to completly dominate a team in the post. When's the last time Boozer was able to play center and averge 13 rebs a game. When's the Last time Boozer was nearly the offensive rebounder Jefferson was? When's the last time Boozer was able to put up 40 in a game by himself? When's the last time Boozer demanded the ball and forced the issue? When's the last time Boozer was forced to be double teamed when he caught the ball? And I guess you haven't heard of someone named Gorden Hayward He brings offensive rebounding. He's a three point shooting threat. He gets to the foul line(30% of his points are from the foul line). He bring excellent size at his position. He's an effective ball handler. And he can be a legit point forward. He's a good passer. And has a high basketball Iq. And he's a good defensive player He was an amazing 3 point shooter but for the second half of the season they forced him to create his 3 point shot off the dribble as opposed to just being a knock down shooter. That's a hard adjustment to make mid season for any young player but he clearly has the ability. He wasn't a good defender in college? He spent most of his time defending power forwards whiles his natural position is the 3. But he was still effective because he never gives up on plays he ralerly gives his man lanes to the basket . He also uses his Iq on the defensive end and understand the tendencies of the players he's guarding. He was an amazing 3 point shooter but for the second half of the season they forced him to create his 3 point shot off the dribble as opposed to just being a knock down shooter. That's a hard adjustment to make mid season for any young player but he clearly has the ability. Go look at his statistics when he was just a knockdown shooter. He had one of the highest percents in college He's been a great 3 point shooter ever since he game into college http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6AdlhgwqWo And he's nonathletic(According to you guys) so he's a scrub? Then why draft Evan Turner lolz? Evan Turner vs Gordon Hayward Jefferson,Bell,Hayward>Boozer,Korver,

  7. UTAH JAZZ GRADE: B Round 1: Gordon Hayward (9) Round 2: Jeremy Evans (55) Analysis: GM Kevin O'Connor agonized over whom to take at No. 9. Utah's target had been Greg Monroe, but the Pistons took him at No. 7, leaving the Jazz to decide between a group of players they felt were pretty even. In the end, Hayward won out. The Jazz needed a wing since Kyle Korver is hitting the free-agent market, and they believed that of all the players left on the board, Hayward has the most upside. His versatility, basketball IQ and defensive ability convinced O'Connor that he can be a star, though to reach his full potential, Hayward will have to rediscover the shooting stroke he had as a college freshman. If he does, he could be special.
  8. http://www.sportsnet.ca/basketball/2010/01/11/jefferson_al_courtesy_381.jpg http://givemetherock.com/wp-content/uploads/dwight_howard_block.jpg A Dwight-Jefferson frontcourt would force teams to either play Jefferson straight up and get worked on the defensive end or double team Jefferson and take the pressure of Dwight so he can go to work. Also Al Jefferson dosen't have to be mismatched at the center position and can play people closer to his own size and have Dwight as a big time shot blocker in the paint for his help. Also I believe Jefferson will benefit more from Patrick Ewing then Dwight could ever If you compare their games you can see Al could gain alot from him. You're adding the best post moves in the Nba with the best post defense. And when healthy both average 11+ rebs per game and are both great offensive rebounders. Plus Jefferson gets to switch to his natural position as a 4 and doesn't get guarded by bigger taller defenders and gets more comfortable defending people his size. More then anything I think it's the learning experience for both. In practice Dwight would be able to watch what Jefferson does in the post and Jefferson would get a chance to learn from Dwight on the defensive end. Yea and a major thing to consider here is the Mismatch that's gonna be caused on Dwight. Because Al Jefferson is such a great offensive player you have to put your best post defender on him however that leaves your second best post defender on Dwight(Which many teams only have 1 post defender of maybe even none that are good on th defensive end), where he has the opportunity to completely dominate him because of his athleticism. People have a hard enough time dealing with Dwight in the paint now imagine if he's not even the biggest offensive threat in the paint on his team.
  9. Wow at people pretending that another great white american will never come. He brings offensive rebounding. He's a three point shooting threat. 10. Here's something interesting I thought I should let you know Nash averaged 14.5 Ppg 8 assist on 47% shooting and 40% from behind the arc in his 8th year in the league 92% From the free throw line Calderon averaged 12.8 ppg 9 assist on 49% shooting and and 40% from behind the arc in his third year playing 98% from the free throw line As you can see they weren't that different earlier in their careers. It's when Nash went to phoenix the next season that he put up an 11 assist season and started to shoot above 50% and started to become the player he is today. So exactly why couldn't he do that for Jose? Jose before he hypothetically joins New York put up nearly identical stats before Nash joined phoenix
  11. Duncan's a top 10 player of all time him easily
  12. http://assets.espn.go.com/photo/2007/1214/nba_g_calderon_260.jpg • An experienced European veteran • One of the most efficient back court players in the league • Has excellent size for a point guard • He shoots close to 50% every year of his career • Shoots close to 40% from the 3 point line for his career • Great Free Throw shooter shoots close to 90% from the foul line • He’s excellent at running the pick and roll • He doesn’t play defense • He has tremendous court vision • For his career he has a 6:1 assist to turnover ratio • He’s an excellent passer • He’s unselfish Under Mike D’antoni’s high paced system I believe he’d become a star especially if they get a player like Bosh or Amare.
  13. Obviously he knows that you can't stop him.The point is to make it difficult for him

If Flynn was on Denver would he be starting over Billups? And If Lawson was on Minny would anyone be starting over him?
