Rap also has always had the same lyrical themes. If you did only mean modern rappers then I agree with you 100%... but from that post it's easy to misinterpret.

Hip-Hop hasn't allways had the same lyrical themes, that's a ridiculous thing to say. Gotta love generlisations. While most modern day Hip-Hop talks about only "Money, drugs, sex, etc." doesn't mean it's always been that way.
