Big Penny replied to Erick Blasco's topic in General NBA Discussion
my top 10 would be: 1. LeBron James 2. Carmello Anthony 3. Paul Pierce 4. Kevin Durant 5. Danny Granger 6. Caron Butler 7. Ron Artest 8. Hedo Turkoglu 9. Rashard Lewis 10. Gerald Wallace i wouldnt call ron artest a complete failiure, but hes better suited as a 2nd/3rd option (like he will be in LA) -

10 best individual statistics seasons of the last decade

"He was on an awful team, he had no help and he was the focus of double-teams night in and night out. But so are a lot of these players, and they still manage to pile up the assists" oh come on. even the most selfless player in the world would take a contested jumper instead of passing to kwame or smush <_< pretty good list. i would have moved up kobe a few spaces, but its hard to say were abouts -
a win is a win and thats that. it doesnt matter if you win by 500000 or if you win by 1. youve still won. now, can you tell me which team managed to get to the conference finals, despite playing on the road the whole way? now, can you tell me which team's quarterback is 5th in Pass Rating, and only in his 2nd year? can you also tell me who's half back leads the league in TDs scored?

be sad but move on

"the overrated ravens"

willis mcgahee he laeds the league in rushing TDs and isnt even a starter.

i havent seen either of them play much, ive seen romo play once (against the giants), and i was looking forwartd to see him play sicne i heard good things about him. he had 2 or 3 INTs (i cant remember how much) and i felt quite betrayed i dont know if he just had a bad game or w/e

find where i said football was just some dumb simple sport. whats that? i never said that. your makign stuff up now. and there are a few who dont dive and arent crybabies, but most of them are. my dad watches it on TV almost every night... im not just making wild guesses. and i meant they make the sport out to be the best thing. thats basically the only sport that gets coverage. and ive never seen an MLS game

i have actually played it, btw. i actually used to like it quite a bit untill i stood back and saw what it really was. EDIT: i got no problem with people who play it. ive been and watched our school team when we got to the county finals. i just cant stand proffesional football becuase its full of divers and crybabys. EDIT EDIT: well, i say no problem, i still hate to play it. and whats MLS?

like i said, i dotn care about baseball either. the only reason ive ehard of the new york yankees is from the hat that everyone wears.
-
i dont really care for baseball but im going to go with baseball. i cant stand football (or soccer as you call it) seriously, in football is someone comes within 3 foot of another player, they both end up on the floor complaining that they cant walk. when they notice the ref isnt looking, they get up and carry on again. every time something goes wrong, the players blame the referees. if you lose a game in the final minutes it becuase the refs added too much extra time. if the offense outnumbers the defense its becuase a defender tripped and didnt get a call his way. the league is a complete mess aswell. all you need is a rich owner (preferably someone who owns an oil rig) and youve got a good team, bceuase you just buy every single player in the league. like i said, i dont care about baseball, i just hate football. and what annoys me more is that in england its made out to be the best thing since sliced bread.

+1 the only gameplay problem with 2k9 was the commentators and the refs. they seem to've fixxed the commentators, if they've fixed the refs aswell then anything else is just a bonus

devin harris is allready an allstar, and a damn good one at that. courtney lee and brook lopez are both allready solid role players, and have very good potenital. if they can get a decent PF (or if yi can step up) they would be very dangerous

even though around 30 is the prime? Jordan turned 33 in the 1995-96 season. want to fill us in on how well he did that season? artest could disrupt teeam chemisty? and you think cavs are gonna win. ever heard of a nice man named Shaquille Rashaun O'neal? the same guy who left orlando because he couldnt stand to share the spotlight with penny hardaway? the same guy who dissed anythign to do with the lakers when he left and now is begging to come back? the same guy who made a picture of dwayne wades head on a womans body when he called him out about his physical condition? -
