  1. I don't get why Robert Horry's shot against Sacramento was such a big deal. I mean sure, he won the game, but it was a wide open 3 from straight ahead. Pretty basic if you ask me.
  2. 14-16 against playoff teams is far from great... (Bulls are 17-11 btw).
  3. Well maybe that's you. I hate losing, and would much rather have my team make the playoffs. I'm sure every single player in the NBA feels the same.
  4. Fiction. People know he's a beast and recognise him as the best player in the league. He is no way the MVP, doesn't mean he's bieng underrated. Fact/Fiction: Derrick Rose is better than Rondo
  5. I don't see what there is to explain. The objective of the NBA season is to win a championship. The only way to win a championship is to make the playoffs. Missing the playoffs = Failure.
  6. That's one of the dumbest posts I've ever seen. Flopping is NOT part of the game. Flopping ruins the game. Anyone who does it should be punished, like in soccer/football/whatever you want to call it. Difference bieng they acknowledge the problem and know they have to fix it, the NBA just doesn't seem to give a [expletive], and the refs are too stupid to realise what is a flop and what isn't. And lmao at 'who cares about the fans opinion when you're a millionaire'. There's a reason guys try and correct their public image. Respect > Riches.
  7. What does that have to do with anything? If you knew me (which you clearly don't), I hate it when Fisher flops. I love the guy, other than that aspect of his game. When any player flops and isn't rewarded I love it. I cheered during the finals when Gasol flopped and was called for a foul because he flopped. Don't try and talk when you have no idea what you're talking about. Thanx.
  8. How can any basketball fan call THIS a good thing?! People doin shit like this is ruining the game of basketball.
  9. Yo Oliver I'm really happy for you, and Imma let you finish, but the Knicks are still nowhere near the Lakers :glasses:
  10. People have different defintion, which is why this topic is so big. Players wouldn't get that popular if they sucked.
  11. The Kings have a very bright future, the team just needs to get their shit together.
  12. su·per·star (spr-stär) n. 1. A widely acclaimed star, as in movies or sports, who has great popular appeal. 2. One that is extremely popular or prominent or that is a major attraction. If I can tell random people from my school the names of basketball players and they know who they are, then that means they are extremely popular. The only (current) NBA players people recognise are Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Shaquille O'Neal, therefore they are the only players I consider superstars.
  13. The team that accquired the Perenial All-NBA Candiadate...
