Farmar looking to be starter, hopes it's with Lakers

in a heartbeat man -
thats a bad excuse saying that ilgasukus wouldn't even get that foul called on him just because oden is oden. it is completely his own fault for the ticky tacky fouls.
-
lmao... he was proving a point man. no need to "tell on him"
-
oh no you didnt lol..... i think oden has a lot of potential but he needs a real post coach. his defense is decent but he is almost always in foul trouble, and his offense is incredibly raw.
-
thats awesome. where you goin
-
Hmm... brisket and hot sauce on bread from rudy's, or maybe a white sandwich from subways with tuna, american cheese, lettuce, and pepperoni.

I think that the thunder will have by far the better team in 5 years. look at their main 4 young core players, westbrook harden durant and green. the blazers big 4 are roy oden fernandez and aldridge. i think that roy will be the best player, then durant, then aldridge, then westbrook, then green, then harden, then oden, then fernandez. but thunder have some potential in their bench, with dj white and bj mullens.
-
Who will be better in 5 years? Kevin Durant or Brandon Roy? And also, whose team will be better in 5 years? Thunder or Blazers? I'm going to say that Roy will be better in 5 years, he is more of a leader. But I'm going to say the thunder, because durant has the better young group of guys around him (westbrook, green, harden)

oh my god man... the 1st minute and a half made me realized how amazing kobe bryant is. i've been taking it for granted. every shot he made i was thinking there is no way its in.
-
what is this with he isn't ready? i think he has the most potential and is already probably top 2 in this draft. plus he is annoying everybody. we all want to see him play. i think david kahn is going to help this franchise a LOT. i like his attitude from what i've seen (which is numerous articles and some video chat thing during the draft).

nah, i really don't see kobe winning mvp again. like rd said, wade will win if his team has a decent amount of wins, but theres a slim chance there. and also, as RD said lol, the only players that will get a significant number of votes will be lebron kobe and wade. i find it hard to see kobe winning mvp, unless he plays like he did in the finals which i doubt (facilitator much more rather than scorer.) and lebron will probably win because his team got a whole lot better during the offseason. 1. lebron 2. kobe 3. wade

haha then why would you post to say that? why not just wait after you have though

your point is? they've got a solid team this year, and they're strong were we aren't at the guard position (only legit guard we have is kobe, they have davis, gordon, telfair, maybe sessions?)

fair enough. but i dont want to make this thread personal, so i wont ask what your problems have been... but i, too, have had some problems were i just sat in my room and cried. i felt like i was worthless, but man counselors help so much. i was at a young enough age that i couldnt kill myself (not saying that i wanted to at all, no) or that i could prevent myself from going to counselors. but really, when you say that you've had worse problems than these 2 guys that killed themselves, did you really think about killing yourself? i dont know the answer, but i do know that you're a very inteligent person, and it takes a person with a big lack of mind strength to think about suicide. this being said, it isn't entirely this persons fault about the suicide. they were born that way, and it must be hard to change. like i've been saying... it completely depends. some people are driven to a crazy state in which they don't think about how stupid suicide would be or how much you'd be letting your family down. some people are regular, but just get bullied so much they feel like the whole world hates them. these people who aren't crazy probably would think about counseling then think to themselves that there is no way they could be helped. i know that people such as your parents would give their lives for you, but when you're in the state of mind of suicide, then you really don't think about that type of stuff.
