Kobe is still a top 10 player in the league, IMO. He will get even better as the season progresses and he shakes off the rust. I like Ed Davis for the Lakers and Carlos Boozer is awful as always.

Maaaaan. It's been a while.

4 years, 70 million. Overpaid, yes. But many other guys in the NBA are now getting max contracts and not all of them are worthy of it. This had to be done after Lacob, Myers held onto Klay in deals for Kevin Love. I believe Thompson is a top 5 shooting guard in the NBA. He is one of the few guys in the league that can hold a guy from scoring 20 while dropping 20 himself.

They'll get into the playoffs as a 5/6 seed. Sucks that they lost Morrow, too. Reggie Jackson has to show his worth now.

Like B said, White is 30 now so it's going to be a little harder for him. I still think he will win it, though.

Finally! First all star in forever lol. Lee was well deserving of it, but Curry was even more deserving. Huge snub. Def should have been in over Parker or Aldridge. Glad to see Harden there though. Should be fun for him to play with Westbrook and Durant for a game again.

What a win. David Lee is surprising the hell out of me right now, dude handled Blake well. I dont know if this will sound bias or not, but Curry and Lee should both be all-stars this season. Both have kept the Warriors looking really solid with the help of players like Jack, Landry and others. Also feels good to have Biedrins looking much better than before these past few games.

Put another big man next to him that will work his ass off like a Noah, Carl Landry or even Brandon Bass and you'll never be outrebounded. It is a stretch to call him the best center in the league, but he is for sure among the top right now. I did expect this out of him sooner or later, he works too hard on team that doesn't have too much talent. He has to be the beast that he is developing into.

I rarely ever go on a computer anymore these days. I need to find more time. I miss this place.

Worst news I heard all of yesterday. Right when you get the feel that Rush will be a great player in the rotation and he's out for the season. Tough to see the play again. Kelenna Azubuike went through something similar, injuring his knee right when he was starting to make a name for himself. Barnes and Green have to step it up, as well as Jefferson and even Klay playing some three.

Not really impressed by Barnes so far, but this was expected. Young player will play less than well in his first few games. He seems really nervous out there and not aggressive enough, making dumb mistakes. He will be very solid though given more games under his belt.

Big difference in free throws shot, but Warriors played well and got the job done. Solid effort on the road, now 2-0 away from home. Expect a lot more out of Lee, but Landry has been amazing so far.

Both Romos helped the Giants today.
