When he got minutes, he was a great rebounder. Plays as hard as anyone in the league. He can play point forward, and is a good passer. His shot-blocking is insane. He has gained weight in muscle ever since he has been in the league. He is 6'11/7 foot and can play the one. Once he gets some post moves, he will be a monster. I say he'll even be better than Michael Beasley. Not to mention, he is only 20 years old. Under another coach, this guy would have already been seen as a monster. Too bad we have Nellie running the team.

So many Jordan vs. Bryant arguments now, even more than before. Once Kobe gets his 6th ring, this will be very, very interesting. For the time being, I still take Mike over Kobe. If Bryant gets that 6th ring though, it will be the debate of the century. I currently view Jordan as the best player of all time, with Kobe among the top five, and possibly even the top three.

A few general questions: What should you eat before you workout? How long before you workout? What should you eat after? How long after? Best type of protein to lose fat/get cut? (if any)

Starting my summer workout on Monday. I am 5'9, weight 160 pounds. Kinda fat, trying to lose some fat and just get cut this summer. Head into college looking more athletic and ripped. Anyway someone could give me a good workout and eating schedule? I'll rep any helpful post. I'm really trying to lose some body fat and get cut.
