Ellis is better than Rose at finishing at the rim. As for defense, Ellis is better as well. He's been getting better. He's done a great job guarding Brandon Roy and Kevin Durant holding them to low shooting percentages. Same with OJ Mayo. He scored 22 points in a game against the Warriors, but he scored 14 of them while Ellis was either on the bench or not guarding him. I guess I could see why you put Rose as a better career because he is a point guard while Ellis is a combo guard, but it's closer than you think. Rose is struggling without Ben Gordon while Ellis has been a monster since Stephen Jackson got traded.

Would you trade Rudy Gay for Anthony Randolph? Why is Monta Ellis better than OJ Mayo? Why did it take people forever to realize that Tyreke is better than Jennings? Do you plan on becoming a sports writer in the future? UNC and Cal > Memphis.

Warriors have had just as many injuries. Brandan Wright, Raja Bell, and Kelenna Azubuike are done for the season. Biedrins and Turiaf have only played five games this season. Maggette's even missed some games. Combined, the Warriors have missed over 100 games due to injures. Don Nelson missed some games also due to pneumonia.

This could be a good discussion. Who do you guys got and why?

If the MVP is going to go to whose team would be worst without them, it be go to Chris Paul, Steve Nash, Dwyane Wade or even Monta Ellis. But if you go by how the NBA does it, the MVP should go to the team with a top 2 record and you pick the better player. The top two records will be the Lakers and Celtics therefore the award should go to either Kobe Bryant or a Boston Celtic, most likely Bryant.

Proud of how the team played especially since Ellis didn't have a great game, they stepped up. What's up with Sasha hitting Morrow in the balls and Morrow getting a technical?

So the game will be played before the super bowl? What about the players that will be in the super bowl? They'll just waste energy and could get injured.
