Who cares? Just watch any NBA game, adverts are all over the place. If this would cut some of the timeouts and commercials killing the flow of them game, I'd be all for it. But of course that won't happen.

Offical 2012 Presidential Election Thread

The electoral system blows. I live in Illinois; no point in voting. Easy win for Obama. -
Not going to win many games when you shoot 33%.

Juve's streak is over. Inter with a 3-1 win in Turin.

Yeah that was at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. He then went on to score 14 in the quarter. I don't know about Cleveland, I thought they were suppose to be an improved team? Even had some "experts" picking them to finish above the Bulls in the standings. Btw, Hinrich/Robinson are such a massive upgrade over Watson/Lucas it's not even funny.

Cavs got worked.

Bulls extend Taj Gibson 4yrs/$38 million

$38 million with incentives..only $32 million guaranteed. So $8 million per year. Not bad. -

James Harden traded to the Rockets
Gooner replied to AboveLegit's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
Wow that came out of nowhere. -
Pretty sure these are only the rights for the US. And yeah they have a lot of channels, should be interesting to see how many of them they utilize; it could end up being a good thing for us.
-
So basically the only thing Fox is left with is the Champions League. They've lost everything else. Should be interesting to see what NBC will do if they indeed get the rights. Seems like they're really trying to broaden their sports coverage; they just bought the rights to Formula 1 last week, too.

NBA to limit pregame routines to 90 seconds
Gooner replied to Real Deal's topic in General NBA Discussion
Who cares? How about less commercials and timeouts killing the flow of the game? -
Clearly the big games tomorrow are: England vs. San Marino Netherlands vs. Andorra Faroe Islands vs. Sweden Czech Republic vs. Malta Must see television. For any gamblers out there, if you put $1 on parlay of England, Netherlands, Sweden, and Czech Republic you get a staggering return of 21 cents. Conversely, if you made the same parlay, picking the other four teams; your $1 nets a return of $6,983,735.83. In case anyone cares.

Who scored a better goal on Sunday? Ibra for PSG or Martinez for Porto? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R778UVGIG5A http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJ3FA97IdYA

Yeah Klinsmann failed at Bayern, and many people say that Löw was the brains of the operation during his Germany days, but I don't think he's terrible. Let's be honest, it's not like he has some giant pool of talent to pick from.
-
Yeah, but they shouldn't be losing to any of these teams in CONCACAF apart from Mexico.
-
Shouldn't need them to beat these cruise ships in the Caribbean.

Got to love the commentary of Ray Hudson.
