http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/writers/sam_amick/05/01/nba.draft/index.html They also compare him to a Camby with a better offensive game. He's got high expectations.
-
Sucks for Clippers. They might run a three guard line up, and Rudy Gay has to take advantage.
-
lol dude look back at this thread. You trolled hard. People were saying Heat are good. I'm the only one complaining about the flopping. Im thinking you were all hyped from the game you came back from.
-
Chalmers flopped, Lebron flopped, your team flops. They're good at it. You should be happy.
-
lol.. there's flopping in every NBA game you watch because you watch the Heat. Collectively, Clippers and Heat are the worst or best floppers in the league depending on how you look at it. No other team comes close. There are individuals who are known for it like Fisher, Collison, Vlade Divac, etc. But teams as a whole were not doing too much of it. The Heat though are really good at being subtle about it. Lebron, Battier, and Chalmers can be brilliant about it. They got it down to a point where I'm sure they've been practicing it. It's going to be part of the game though like Fish said. Sadly, more teams are going to have to integrate it to their defense to compete.
-
Flopping on both sides. Amar'e playing defense. Not the funnest series to watch tbh.
-
Gotta come here with the same intensity as game 1. Denver is definitely going to attack better.
-
I stopped watching because I knew the clippers were going to come back from down 20 to open the fourth

No no, howard is still better bynum. if you switch their roles, itd be much more obvious. But bynum needs to learn from today. That his impact will be huge if he focuses on defense instead of being frustrated on d. Love how Kobe integrated that dirk shot midseason. Hate how mike brown just lists stats in the post game interviews.

Stop crediting miami defense for all that NY offense crap. Their offense was always crap. They did well in fronting and denying melo the ball, and we all know that that's the extent of their offense. That's all there is to it.

What are your legitimate expectations for the post season?

Out 2nd round. OKC has too much going for them. If we get past them, we can beat SA in 7. -
Brandon Neal's NBA Playoffs Power Rankings
Lemon replied to Real Deal's topic in General NBA Discussion
Most accurate power rankings i've seen. I agree with all of 1-10. 11-16 can change at any given night. I was thinking Miami over Thunder until I remembered Harden. The only reason Lakers beat Thunder last Sunday was because Harden wasn't there to bail them out when their Two were cold. They have some of the best role players in the league. Miami has looked invincible for most of the season, but I've seen them play passive in key games. I still have them winning it all, but right now Spurs are the best team in the league, OKC 2nd. -
Name: Johnson vs. Jordan Category: Mixes Date Added: 06 April 2012 - 01:09 PM Submitter: Lemon Short Description: None Provided One of the best matchups in NBA. The Jordan team vs the Magic team. Defensively, Magic couldn't handle Jordan's quickness, and Jordan couldn't handle Magic's power in the post. They've only met once in the '91 playoffs. Unfortunately, Byron Scott and Worthy were overworked and were then injured, and the '91 playoffs would be Magic's last. That Laker team actually had a core that could've contended for years.

The video shows a head to head of the two, but in reality Jordan was best guarded by Cooper and Magic was best guarded by Pippen. MWP suspension to be announced this afternoon

Yea.. they'll give him a chance. They liked him more than Chandler in the 2010 FIBAs. Either way Spain has the strongest front court with Howard out.
-
I see a few people playing center before Davis. I.e. bosh, love, Chandler, kg, maybe even odom. Id really like to see kg doing it. And I think ibaka will be playing for Spain which will be a tough front court if they play him along with any of the gasols.

Source: Lou Williams To Opt Out, Become Free Agent
Lemon replied to The Regime's topic in Philadelphia 76ers Team Forum
If you guys get someone like OJ Mayo or Eric Gordon, you won't miss Lou too much. -
It was bad. it wasn't out of spite, but it still was a full throttle elbow to the head. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a 3-5 game suspension.
-
great come back. But when Harden comes back, lakers are in big trouble post season. I'm glad Kobe came through and I'm glad we're playing Jordan hill. He can actually defend the PnR and rebound really well. Two things that we've been having trouble with.
-
Horrible time to be stumbling. Not looking good going into the post season.
-
Apparently harden passed concussion tests and can come back to the game. didn't expect anything less from . He's one of the toughest
-
Dirty.. Lost in adrenaline. Proud of Jordan hill though. He's clogging the paint on offense but getting results from it. We're in need of that active big that can grab boards

Charles Jenkins Is Golden for the Warriors
Lemon replied to Legacy's topic in General NBA Discussion
Nate Robinson has been playing decently as the Warrior's spark off the bench. When Curry comes back, are they going to play Jenkins over Nate? Jenkins can pass well, can score, and he's not undersized. But Nate has been a niche spark player for a while. -
Way too average defense... their big three all had 20. Step up, or we're done. Did I say average? looooooll
