Which team will win the 2012 NBA Finals?
Lemon replied to ChosenOne's topic in General NBA Discussion
Heat over Lakers. -
Heat are looking incredible with James and Wade in the post and possible ROTY contender that Flash was talking about before the season. But I can't really get excited for a non Laker team that's a favorite for the title. An exciting team that I may follow this season is Golden State. It's looking like Lee is getting more comfortable with the team, and Brandon Rush may be a good fit. That along with the team's plethora of scorers and shooters with defense, this team looks fun. Also, you can't really hate on a Mark Jackson team. I wish that guy the best.

This is what happens when Deandre Jordan is your only defense and the refs aren't calling the flops in your favor. SA came on fire with hitting 60% of shots coming into the 4th. Both sides played the flopping game early, but you can't expect to win that game against SA. Get back to work on that defense Vinny. This was a great Griffin game though. It's hard to root for them as i did before because of the CP3 situation, but Griffin made an entertaining game.

Judging by last night's play... Lebron Wade Durant Melo Rose Maybe Kobe would be there if he wasn't injured, maybe not.

Blake Griffin has to develop some kind of defense besides flopping, as much as I love him. This Clipper team has shown that it can be a great 4th quarter team. Even though you expect it from the roster, they have shown it in game.

Preseason: LA Lakers at LA Clippers
Lemon replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Clippers Team Forum
Man.... can't wait to watch clippers not play Lakers this season. I hope they never get matched up in the playoffs. They're goin to be real good this season. Hopefully the Clipper curse doesn't affect the group. Also.....hopefully Lakers can pick up during the season. The team is looking grim. Rookies are looking decent. Other than that, I still say Mike Smith is the most annoying announcer. Worse than the Cav announcers when Lebron was still there. ALSO!!! wtf Artest! He better not get any minutes this season. -

Mav's interior defense is incredible -
I'm not really getting the hype around this game. What makes it better than other similar games like dragon age, fable, morrowwind, etc..? Just wondering...

Clippers' Most Underrated Player?
Lemon replied to Sħãlïq™'s topic in Los Angeles Clippers Team Forum
I don't think it's Eric Gordon either. He's underrated, but he's not the most underrated. Especially with the last season. he was able to dominate the ball, but wasn't able to win games. Even though last season was his best statistically, I thought that he performed better the season before. That's partially because of injuries. What makes him a little underrated was that people were already saying Blake Griffin was the best person on the team midway through the season. That definitely wasn't the case, but when Eric Gordon came back from injury, it seemed that he took a backseat for the sake of the show. Eric Bledsoe to me is the most underrated on the team just because of his potential. He's quick and his defense was good for his type. One thing I hope he improves on is his dribble. He's one of the quickest in the league, but when he decides to turn it on, he'll turn the ball over half the time. Other than that, he's an athletic scorer. Once he gets his dribble down, there won't be many that can defend him. I liked Ike Diogu for his time spent in the regular rotation when the frontline was injured. He come through consistently and efficiently for a role player in that time. His play wasn't consistent throughout the season. I just wanted to mention him though, but I could say the same things about brian cook in the beginning of the season. -
Anyone see this? It was held on in Calstate Long Beach for cheap. I was lucky enough to get some tickets. Drew League: James Harden Javale Mcgee Brandon Jennings Derrik Williams Marcus Banks Nick Young Matt Barnes Trevor Ariza Demar Derozan Goodman League: Kevin Durant John Wall Rudy Gay Michael Beasley Donte Green and some no names I'm probably missing a few people. John Wall, KD, and James Harden all played really well. Drew League ended up winning by almost 10.

http://nbaplaybook.com/2011/06/03/the-play-that-sparked-dallas-comeback/ I thought that this was pretty amazing. Dallas set this particular play as their go-to in the final 5 minutes of a crucial game 2. With the exception of one block, Dallas was able to confuse a great Miami defense using a single play. Remember, this is a play that they haven't done at all during the finals. It speaks volumes on the team's execution and chemistry from the coach to the role players to be able to successfully perform this well in the clutch. Maybe the play was their ace up their sleeve. It was a good one, though, and maybe one that we'll start to see more throughout the finals now that it's been revealed. And that's great confidence and trust shown right there. If Miami is going to turn the series around, they're going to have to take back that swag.

Bad calls, but Dirk has earned each of his 46 pts so far. Only Rodman can stop him. This is incredible.

Those skullcandies break easy. Take good care of em.

lol Joey Crawford is such a bad ref. That's 3 fouls on Terry now, all of which were bad calls except for maybe 1. I wonder if Thunder regret going away from Durant when he was hot.

GM4: LA Lakers at Dallas (DAL 3-0)

Good series to Dallas. Hopefully they rep the West well and win it all. -
ROFL. This one is better than the friday one.

Why are all you Heat fans so impressed with your team when you guys only beat a good team at home? Dallas could do that. OKC could do that. Same with Portland. Heat haven't proven anything, and they sure haven't lived up to the hype, The team is barely in the elite status if it's there at all. Only 3 wins in the past 9 games right? I don't think the Laker fans are the ones that are butthurt.

Collins just got ejected after some bad calls by the refs, yet the sixers are still up.

Birthday game for Griffin. Hope it's a win.

It's bad. Like everyone else, I regret watching it.

Probably Kobe's worst shooting night of the season. Best game for Bynum though. 0 blocks, but countless changed shots. Good road trip.
