I dont think it really makes a difference I think what ever hand is closer to the ball/face is the hand you are suppose to contest with. I was always to told to put the hand in the face so that is how I do it.

Yeah the old OTR had a topic like this I think it was "What do you wear". I usually wear Polo or nike/jordan t-shirts that works for me.

I am a hustle/driving/defensive/post up player. Other than that I can not do anything I suck at dribbling the ball and am as broke as someone can get with the 3 ball (still shoot it at times )and my midrange jumper is has its days. The thing that I love about my game is that I have the balls to get infront of anyone and take a charge. I lead my team all 4 years in taking charges .
