I squat every other week, and SRV bro i have been squatting for a year and it still takes me a full warm up set to get me positioning down lol. I dont squat all that heavy though my goal with legs for the most part is reps i normally go 4 sets of 15 135 x2 and 175 x2 and a final of 10 at 205. Slaven just make sure you warn up and get your stance down first its very easy to [expletive] you back up when squatting.

Yeah he has lost weight which is a good thing especially since he plays on a fast pace team but 32 pounds is alot. He use to be a very effective defender because people couldn't back him down, i feel as that's not the case anymore.
