Congrats to Miami, they were able to close out at the end of last two games, they deserved it. Sucks we didnt have Rondo healthy as I would have liked to see how we would do but you cant change that, Miami beat us. Not sure where we go from here to be honest. Definitely need to add some guys if we want another shot. Big 3 will keep getting older and while I think they can all still play, they cant go as long or quite as good as before so we will need something. Perkins trade just keeps feeling worse and worse. Might have cost us the title.

Wow talk about some bullshit. Stupid flagrant earlier, yet the Jones foul on Pierce isnt one? Then kicking out Pierce on that screen, we can see how the refs will be this series. Also James Jones totally threw his head back, Pierce face grazed his he didnt headbutt him. Probably would have lost this game anyways but every time we have gone on a run its been stopped by some bullshit.

Yeah we needed OL with Light a FA and Mankins getting the tag. We completed revamped our running game though, we had spots with Faulk, Morris, Taylor expiring. It looks like we might run the ball more this year, if we can add a real good run game our offense is scarier with our TEs(I know BJGE ran for 1k but he never really scared you and he failed on drives a lot on 3rd/4th and 1-2s when he got stuffed). We can never have enough CBs as we learned last year losing Bodden, Dowling is a great athlete and only slipped because of injuries this year. Wish we would have gotten a OLB but with the young guys on our team our defense will only improve and I am guessing BB felt with the lockout hurting rookies coming in and the way our team played last year we could replenish some spots for the future and continue our revamp to be a more physical offensive team. I am fine with no WR as I think our roster now we can do well there this year. As for Mallett its just a value pick. Carrying a 3rd QB isnt a bad thing and Mallett could net us a 1st or 2nd in the future from a QB needy team, or even Hoyer. Plus having a quality backup is never a bad thing. As long as Brady is around and healthy he is our guy but as we saw in '08 you need a backup. But as always with the draft we will never know until we see these guys play.

It was really a terrible decision for Peyton Manning to stay an extra year in college. Same for Bradford(who did get injured and missed most the season but is fine now). Just awful decisions I am pretty sure it didn't work out for them.

Both teams these guys played suck. Sorry if I don't think Vick having 3 turnovers and 2 TDs is the same as Brady with 3 TDs and no turnovers.

Vick really looking like an MVP tonight. Looks like those "prorated" stats people love to throw around about if he played all 16 games forgets that he cant put up those same numbers every game for a whole season.

I think Packers/Saints for NFC. I can see the Packers beating the Giants. AFC looks like: 1. Patriots 2. Steelers 3. Colts (or Jaguars if Colts slip) 4. Chiefs(could be Chargers if Chiefs lose a game) 5. Ravens 6. Jets Not sure of specific order but those teams should be in for the most part(other then those AFC South/West division teams which could change)

Maybe I just don't understand what you did but how could he complete 72% of his passes when he is only completing 63% on the year and has gone over 66.7% only twice(once was the Redskins game he got hurt in and went 5/7 passing). Also how would his passer rating be 105 when he only has 3 games over 103.3(though 103.6 is his season average). Just curious.

Yeah but he didn't play in those games so we don't know what would have happened. You say he almost has as many touchdowns, but he also has more turnovers in 9 games then Brady has in 14.

Oops he lost to CHI, my bad should of noted that. Yeah we played 3 of those teams they played. They only have 4 wins against teams with winning records. The Patriots have beaten 7 winning teams, PIT, IND, BAL, SD, NYJ, CHI, GB, I think thats quite a bit stronger opponents then the Eagles have faced. But you play the schedule you are given. I don't think its really an argument that the Patriots have played tougher teams and Brady has been on fire with a 12-2 record, leading the NFL.

Well in the games he has played the whole game he has gone over 300 total yards 6 of the 9 games. He has gone over 330 total yards 4 times. But look at who those wins have come against. @DET, @JAC, IND, @WAS, NYG, HOU, @DAL, @NYG. Only the Jaguars, Colts and Giants have a winning record. Not exactly the best opponents. Brady has 31TDs 4INT 109.9 passer rating in 14 games and has beaten some of the best teams in the league. Vick has been great this year but so has Brady for the team with the best record in a tougher AFC and has played 5 more games then Vick has.

Not to mention what Bill Cowher said on Boston radio(I think it was 2 weeks ago? Or was 3). Basically he said that the league took it out on the Pats because the media blew it up(he was talking to them about the Broncos filming and how the fines were different). He then said that the filming was no big deal and that it didn't change anything the Pats accomplished. Did tape change Bradys amazing accuracy or make the Pats shut down the Steelers, he didn't think so and said they were better. He also said that he did the same thing(so many coaches have admitted they have now) but they would film and have people in the stands writing/drawing/filming the play calls. But of course this never got play on ESPN cause they hate the Pats. People just want to use spygate because they are jealous or hate the Pats and the media hates the Patriots because they don't give into the media like other teams do.
