  1. I love the concept and the text actually fits in pretty well. Really good stuff.
  2. http://blogs.indystar.com/hoosiersinsider/2012/10/26/indiana-basketball-cody-zeller-unplugged-at-big-ten-basketball-media-day/ And just as a side note, preseason polls have Indiana ranked #1 heading into this season.
  3. Zombie Crawl tomorrow!!!!! Gonna be a fun night.
  4. What would a fan even wear those second uni's?
  5. I don't get why people are discounting the Pacers so much. They would have eliminated the Heat last season had they played their cards right. I'm personally expecting big things out of them. Paul George and Roy Hibbert are going to take their games to the next level and the Pacers have an improved bench from last season with the additions of Augustine, Green, Mahimi, and Plumlee. Team is deep, they have athletic wings that can defend, and they can play inside and out.
  6. Tennessee @ South Carolina (-14.0) Mississippi @ Arkansas (-6.0) N.C. State @ North Carolina (-7.5) UCLA @ Arizona St. (-6.5) Texas Tech @ Kansas St. (-7.5) TCU @ Oklahoma St. (-7.5) Michigan St. @ Wisconsin (-6.5) USC (-6.5) @ Arizona Florida (-6.5) @ Georgia Ohio St. @ Penn St. (0.0) Baylor @ Iowa St. (-2.5) Michigan @ Nebraska (-2.5) Notre Dame @ Oklahoma (-11.0) Mississippi St. @ Alabama (-24.0) Oregon St. (-4.0) @ Washington
  7. Fister is already over 90 pitches. Giants will pounce on the Tigers as soon as he gets pulled.
  8. Bumgarner is dealing. One or two runs should get the job done tonight.
  9. Eh. I just feel that the Pacers starting five is better equipped at matching up with the Heat. Celtics are deeper, but I just feel a dropoff from Peirce and KG.
  10. Lakers, Thunder, Spurs, Celtics, Pacers, Heat Lakers and Heat, Lakers win in 6 or 7 I really think the Grizzles have a shot at winning the Southwest Division. It'll be interesting to see what a healthy Z-Bo and Gay can do together for a full season. I can see the Lakers coming out the gate slow, but by the time the playoffs roll around they'll be ready to kick it up a notch. Artest is in way better shape compared to last season, you can tell just by watching presason. He's shed a few pounds which had helped him regain some athleticism and quickness. He threw is down with ease in last nights game. It's a shame that the Pacers are the only team in the East that has a chance of upsetting Miami in the playoffs, and even that is a longshot. Unless the Big Three get injured I just don't see any team stopping them from getting to the NBA Finals.
  11. Florida needs to lose at some point. I want to see Oregon and Alabama in the championship game. I'm hoping Georgia pulls off the upset this weekend.
  12. Hopefully that week and a half long rest gets Bumgarner back on track. I'm not going to get my hopes up though.
  13. I don't doubt Bruce's judgement one bit. The dude has helped us to two pennants in the last three seasons. I'm still with the majority on the Cain thing though, it doesn't make sense to give our star pitcher only one start. We'll see though, this is going to make for one interesting World Series.
  14. I guess you didn't watch game 5 of the Cardinals series.
  15. A person couldn't even tell that Halloween was a week away here. Talk about a dying holiday, it gets worse and worse every year as far as decorations go. I can't wait till this Saturday though, it'll be my first time doing Zombie Crawl.
  16. Lance Briggs in one bad dude. Tice needs to call the run more next half, Bears abandoned it too early.
  17. I'm in love with Marco Scuturo. What a huge series he has had.
  18. LA keeps players groomed, look no further than Steve Nash as evidence. That fro on Bynum reminded me of Wiz Khalifa.
  19. Brandon Marshall is going to go ape shit on that Lions secondary tonight.
  20. Impersonating a cop is no joke, me and a couple buddies learned the hard way this weekend lol. The cop siren app will forever remain deleted on my phone.
  21. Laker starting five looked good last night for the most part (only watched the second and third quarter). Ball was moving well, and everyone except maybe Pau was involved. It doesn't look like Dwight has missed a beat. It's still really weird to see Nash in a Laker uni, and is it me or does he look sickly skinny? Conditioning wont be and has never been an issue for him, but I just hope he doesn't get abused by bigger pg's. One thing that looked a little concerning was lazy defensive play from our perimeter players. I thought the Kings were getting to the hole a little too easily. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't care because it's a preseason game or because we have the luxury of Dwight controlling the paint but that needs to be sured up in weeks time. All in all I cant wait for the season to tip off, this team is going to be nasty.
  22. I've been high on Paul George since last season. I just love his versatility offensively, and defensively he's already one of the better perimeter defenders in the league. I could see him getting the nod over Joe Johnson.
