  1. Brandon LeFell will have a solid season as the #2 and DeAngelo and Stewart are excellent receivers out of the backfield. I don't think there's too much of a difference between the weapons each guy has to work with.
  2. Cam Newton by far. Panthers will also finish with a better record than the Eagles, book it.
  3. Easily the second best three point shooter behind Nash. Much needed signing to space the floor.
  4. In Bynum's defense he did improve as a passer as the season progressed, but he still has a long way to go. It'll be interesting to see how to adjusts to being the focal point of the offense, he's still pretty raw offensively. I just hope for Philly's sake that he shows some more maturity because he doesn't have the luxury to "[expletive] around" on an inferior team.
  5. Dallas will probably make a strong push. This wont really matter once we win a championship though. Dwight will want to come back.
  6. I want to see Orlando's justification for this trade. I feel like the offers got progressively worse, and they just gave up so to speak. Mitch Kupchak is going to go down as a legend.
  7. I'm just putting together some of the stuff that I've heard thus far. I could be wrong.
  8. Interesting. If Harrington is going to Orlando then I doubt Pau is involved in the trade. I'm excited as hell right now. Lakers receives Dwight. Orlando receives Affalo, Harkelss, Vucevic, Harrington, picks. Philly receives Bynum and Richardson. Denver receives Iggy.
  9. A lot of rumors flying around. I hope I wake up to some good news tomorrow.
  10. I'm also hearing that Pau might not be involved in the trade. I would be ecstatic if that's the case.
  11. RG3 looked really sharp in their opening drive. Also Julio Jones is going to have a monster season, he's straight up ripping apart the Baltimore secondary.
  12. ??? Still could use a couple more guys. Want to have 12 minimum.
  13. I've been a huge Batum the last couple seasons, and I can safely say that he's really outspoken and calm. This just comes out of the blue, they must have really gotten under this skin.
  14. My guess is that both will be getting max contracts when they become free agents next season. They're both rising stars and obviously the Thunder wont be able to keep both. So the question is who do the Thunder retain, the possible defensive anchor or the potential perennial all-star? For me personally the decision is simple you bring back the person who doesn't compromise you stars in Westbrook and Durant. Scoring doesn't seem to be any sort of issue for the team so bringing back an elite shot blocker sounds to be the obvious solution.
  15. http://www.nba.com/2012/news/features/david_aldridge/08/06/morning-tip-offseason-grades-part-1/index.html He goes into depth if you click the link. I'm not sure how the Sixers and Rockets made it into the top 10 when the guys they lost via free agency were better than the guys that they signed or drafted. I think both those teams are in the same position as last season if not worse. Timberwolves and Wizards should probably replace them. I feel like Boston had the best offseason. Jason Terry, Coutney Lee, and late draft steals in Fab Melo and Jared Sullinger give them the huge boost. The team is going to be crazy deep next season. Orlando should be last hands down. They haven't improved the slightest, and the Dwight fiasco continues to be a distraction. I don't think any trade they make can justify them being above the Pistons, Bulls, or Kings.
  16. I feel like Brooklyn has the upperhand because there is far more parity in the East, but with the moves the Mavs have recently made I feel like they could come pretty close. Discuss.
  17. 1. I expect the Niners to take a step backwards. Alex Smith won't play at the same level that he played last year. They'll make the playoffs, but wont make it as far as last season. I hope Kap gets come more opportunities. 2. Panthers will win the NFC South, Cam Newton will finish top 3 in MVP votes. He'll throw for roughly 3,800 yards, 25+ TD's and fewer than 15 interceptions. He'll rush for 600+ yards and rush for 10+ TD's. 3. Bears will win the NFC North. Cutler and Brandon Marshall will both put up career highs. 4. Patriots wont win the Superbowl and ECN wont pay up like he guaranteed. I'll post some more predictions up as the season get's closer, but I'm pretty confident with those for now.
  18. Took you long enough to reply with a meme. That's standard iMan posts right there.
  19. @ iMan, then what's the problem with Shaliq joining your league, you guys are basically at the same level. Competition will be tight.
