  1. I had Kevin Smith and DeMarco Murray as my starting backs to finish the season. I know a thing or two about injuries.
  2. I guarantee one of us would beat you guys out. 50 you finished 10th last season.
  3. I've been accustomed to getting that response from you.
  4. For the guys that have joined the league or plan on joining would you rather do a online draft or offline? And should be keep it at yahoo or move it to ESPN? Poll added.
  5. Looks like someone is scared of a little competition. I've finished in the top two the last two seasons that we've run this league.
  6. This pic had me rolling. http://i.imgur.com/EtUGK.png
  7. Nothing like Coors Field to get the Giants offense going. It has been a hit fest the last couple games.
  8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMtUw6wREFg&feature=player_embedded#! Looks like "Like Mike" v2.
  9. I'm leaning more towards on online draft. Just get it out of the way rather than dragging it on for a prolonged time.
  10. Sweet. Only have 6 guys thus far. Hopefully we can get to 12. Do you guys want it online or offline?
  11. Easily one of the filthiest crossovers I've ever seen.
  12. Nigeria didn't want to guard Melo apparently lol, he was knocking down open shot after open shot. I was really hoping Coach K would keep him in during the 5 man substitution late in the 3rd. The way this team pressures the ball and shoots the three ball I really think they could compete against the Dream Team. Dream Team has size, but this team is athletic and quick as hell.
  13. If that is what it's going to take to get people to join then I'm all for it. I'm telling you right now though that the people who don't show up for the draft will not be active.
  14. I'm down. Good luck getting everyone at the draft though. That's going to leave atleast two-three inactive teams to start the season.
  15. Philly hasn't done a whole lot to improve this offseason. Let's not forget that they were a 8th seed last season and just had a favorable matchup in the postseason. At best they'll move up a couple spots in the East. And New York's pg play is going to be suspect, I'm not convinced that they're better than the Nets. That leaves Miami, Boston, and Indiana (who I have a feeling are going to take a step backwards next season) at the top with you guys. If I'm a Nets fan I would be disappointed if they didn't have homecourt in the first round.
  16. The only reason I do it offline is so every one has an opportunity to draft who they want. It's impossible to get 12 members together at the same time. As far as activity goes we are at the same position that we were last season.
  17. I think it was around this time that we put up signups for the OTR Fantasy Football league. The league will be done through yahoo, and it will be offline just like the last two leagues. Once the league fills up we'll discuss the time given to make the picks. Make sure if you join that you'll be active, the league last year was pretty competitive. Right now I'll set the league to 12 teams, but I'm willing to move it up to 14 (like last season) depending on how much interest this generates. Also if you guys have any suggestions on how the scoring should run just let me know and I can change things around a little to accommodate the majority. League ID:319857 Password: OTR123 Member Name-Team Name 1. Simba-Simba 2. Make It Nasty-Show Me Your TD's 3. Shaliq-Kingston Titans 4. MainEvent-Bryce Bombers 5. ChosenOne-ChosenOne 6. Blazed49-Gore Ultimatum 7. -Nappy Ballers 8. 9. 10. 11. 12.
  18. What happened to Deng lol? Also Boozer is washed up, I wonder if Thibs is ever going to consider starting Gibson at some point.
  19. Anything worse than a 4 seed would be underachieving for them. Heck, I see them making it to the semifinals at the very least.
  20. Via SLAM ONLINE: Thoughts? The only objection that I have is with the Kings and Hornets. The Kings look talented on paper, but the reality is that they have no cohesiveness as a team. Robinson alone wont spike their win total by that much. Same goes with the Hornets, Davis wont improve their win total by that much. Eric Gordon is too injury prone/unhappy with the franchise, and the Hornets are thin at every other position. Kings and Hornets will at best win 35-37 games in my opinion considering how competitive the West is. T-Wolves will have a better win percentage than both of them.
