Lol I realize that, but I still have a tough time staying hydrated when I eat a banana. I need some foods that can "energize" me.
-
Yeh I usually try to get in a light snack before I play. I try to avoid bananas though because they make me extremely thirsty when I start playing. My mouth gets extremely dry.

1. Lakers will finish the regular season as the #1 seed in the West. 2. Kobe wins the scoring title. 3. Miami gets upset in the playoffs, and someone other than the Celtics or Heat represents the East in the Finals. 4. The Warriors and T Wolves both make the playoffs, and one of them advances past the first round. 5. Bulls finish the regular season top 3 in the East.

Lin averaging 25 for a full season is highly unlikely, 20 and 8 sounds a lot more realistic. You're basically saying he's an all-star if he comes anywhere near those numbers. As for Asik, there's just no way that he puts up double digit points with little to no offensive game. He'll be lucky to average 8 ppg for a full season.

The Magic have lost some good players in the last couple decades (Shaq, Penny, T-Mac, and now Dwight). What is about the city of Orlando or the Magic front office that has led to poor retention in regards to their stars? Does the blame strictly fall on one thing or is it a combination of both? I honestly can't think of another franchise that has done such a poor job holding on to their franchise players.

I know it's a little premature for a thread like this, but what are your bold (but realistic) predictions for next season? I'll post some of mine up later.

So lately I'm been feeling really fatigued playing ball, and I think that's partly due to not eating in advance and playing on an empty stomach or eating the wrong stuff. Any suggestions on the type of stuff that I should consume prior to playing that can help me stay energized?

I hate when I skip a day or two between workouts, feel weak as shit the very next day.

Good movie, but it doesn't even compare with TDK. Nitro really hit it on the head with some the flaws and shortcomings of the film. I was expecting a lot more action, and the fight scenes were just average. The movie overall spent two much time developing the storyline, and that really took away from the appeal of the characters. How the [expletive] did Wayne get back from Kazakhstan or whatever that remote desert place was? He has no money to his name and had to do it in under 18 hours I believe. Also would the blast of that radius create a tsunami?

Based of what sources?

The man is nothing more than a fouling machine. I'm surprised he even plays in the NBA.

Nice to see the Lakers taking care of their priorities.

Brandon Crawford has been on fire as of late, nice to see him finally find that hitting groove. It was well overdue.

http://www.discusshoops.com/forums/topic/29517-rookie-of-the-year/page__mode__show The majority claims Anthony Davis, but I'm not 100% sold on his offense. He'll get the opportunities but I would much rather go with guys who are more rounded scorers. Lillard and Motiejunas have both come on strong in the summer league, so either guy could make a strong push. Lillard has proven to be a good spot up shooter and is capable of taking guys off the dribble and finishing around the rim. Motiejunas runs the floor really well for a big man and has a soft touch from outside. Neither team is going to be exceptionally good so both guys should get solid playing time and should find the ball in their hands quite often.

So technically this is just another way to help big market teams lol. Owners make more profits and the luxury tax doesn't become that much of an issue. I've owned one jersey ever, and that was a Kobe #8 white home jersey when they first came out. I've never been much of a fan so it's not that big of a deal for me. I just hope teams don't get carried away with the ads. As long as the appeal of the jersey isn't compromised I'm all for it.

What the [expletive] are you going on about? Stop making assumptions when you don't know the first thing about us. For starters we've been on these forums longer than you and the long time members here can vouch that we've never hopped ship. We don't need to prove shit to you.

Celtics Acquire Courtney Lee in Sign-and-Trade
The Regime replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Boston Celtics Team Forum
Boston has arguably the deepest team in the league. -
Giants putting on a route in the 11th inning. 6 runs in a inning in back to back games. Hitting is coming alive at the right time.
