Kobe 65 points vs Portland
The Regime replied to kingfish's topic in NBA and College Basketball Media
That sideline jumpshot in overtime where he pivoted to his left is ridiculous and probably one of the toughest shots I've seen him make over the span of his illustrious career. The degree of difficulty on a lot of these shots is just through the roof. -
What are some of you guys doing for Spring Break this year? My buddies want me to go to Kabo but I'm still weighing some options.

Super Bowl XLVI: NY Giants vs. New England
The Regime replied to Real Deal's topic in NFL Gameday Archives
Over/Under 55 points? Just curious to see what you guys think so I can lay down a bet. -
Good stuff Brandon, loving the new additions. You need to get the updated Wolfpack logo though... http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/e/e9/Nevada_Wolf_Pack_Logo.svg/515px-Nevada_Wolf_Pack_Logo.svg.png

Makes a world load of sense for them, they have a really thin frontcourt. But for the Lakers sake, I hope he signs with some other team preferably out East.

Los Angeles eyeing Gilbert Arenas?
The Regime replied to i am batman u die now's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I would much rather trade for a guy like Jose Calderon. Arenas is done. -
Wasn't Brandon Jennings supporting Kobe not so long ago lol? Anyway, this is going to be a tough game on the road, the Bucks have been pretty competitive this season. Hopefully BJ doesn't rip us to shreds.

KG's post game interview with semi funny and semi retarded (pardon my language). I'm still a firm believer that there is something mentally wrong with the dude. Good comeback from the Celtics though, PP played as if the time was turned back a couple years.

Happy 7th Year Anniversary, OTR!
The Regime replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in DiscussHoops Announcements
I think I've only been here for half the time. Awesome feat, let's keep it rolling! -
Not looking real sharp defensively, rotations are off and we are doing a poor job defending against the three. Pau looked really good, hopefully we keep him involved in the second half.

Always nice to have diversity on the board. Welcome to the best.

The Heat with, and without, Dwyane Wade
The Regime replied to Real Deal's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Lebron is basically in the same situation as he was in Cleveland. The Heat will win a ton of games in the regular season, and he'll fill up the stat sheet. Wade's importance comes in the postseason, where Lebron tends to take a leave of absence. To win a championship the Heat need a healthy big three, it's as simple as that. -
^LMAO, you had me rolling Brandon. This team has so much room for improvement. Hard to believe that just last year we were championship contenders.

Celtics ownership give Ainge green light to trade Big 3
The Regime replied to Dash's topic in Boston Celtics Team Forum
Ray Allen is the only guy who would have any potential value imo. KG's knees are shot and his contract is ridiculous, and Pierce looks out of shape and slow. I can't see the Celts trading Pierce just because he has meant so much to the franchise; he'll probably finish his career there. And no team is going to be willing to give up a star, let alone a superstar for KG, so good luck to the Celtics. Celtics need to rebuild, trade Ray Allen and KG for some picks and young talent. -
For me personally I just haven't had the time like I did in the past. With a full time job and school I just don't have the free time to get on and post actively. I'm sure that's the case for alot of people since OTR is maturing. We need to get some young blood on here.
-
Darren Collison is going to shitttt on us. Bynum needs more touches in the post if we want to win; I'm going to say somewhere from 13-18 shots. Kobe needs to be more efficient, play more aggressive and get to the line more often and stay clear of the three point line lol.Btw, today is the anniversary of Kobe's 81.
-
Kobe better heat up next half or we are going to get blown out. We also need to get Bynum more touches, force Miami to double so we can get better looks.
-
Stick with the three point shooters! This is [expletive]ing pathetic.
-
This team is just embarrassing to watch offensively when Kobe isn't on top of his game. Turnovers from Miami are keeping us in the game.
-
Wtf was Mike Brown thinking with that lineup?
-
Gotta make the most of tonight since its my last day off before school starts. Gonna get shit faced.

Lakers are trying to get Paul Pierce
The Regime replied to magicbalala245's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Pierce has been a Celtic since he came into the league and it'll stay that way till the end of his career. And I'm with Brandon on this one, I hate him way too much to see him in a Laker uni. Boston had opportunities last season to make a move and trade one of them, but now that window has closed and they won't get any value in return.
