yup. ain't over yet, they still gotta win one more... i'm not a big baseball fan, so I'm just a casual follower of the phillies (they are the only team I root for). i really feel for all the die hard Phillie fans, it was a tough way to go down. all i can say is, worse comes to worse, at least the city of Philadelphia won one last year. hope you guys start feeling better soon, i know the feeling must suck keep the faith

true, you can't expect him to come in and fit like a glove right off the bat. with more games/practices under his belt i'm sure he'll get used to it.

Witherspoon is a stud. Bradley has the potential to be a great linebacker, but it remains to be seen how he'll recover from injury, and if he'll live up to his potential Jordan has surprised me this year, but he's your average starting LB. Gocong is a great run stopper, but he struggles in the passing game. He's an average starting LB. Gaither is not a starter, he's a backup. Overall, I'm much happier with our LB corpse than I've been in a long [expletive] time. We have a decent group of linebackers, but not the best. A lot of it depends on how Bradley bounces back.

a little sloppy, but it's the first game of the season, without our 2nd best player, so that's to be expected. Pau should be back Friday, so that immediately boosts the bench play. cant wait to get back into action!

Yeah that was idiotic That won't happen (hopefully not) when we're playing a team like Boston or Orlando. Anyways, LO playing very well. When Pau comes back, our bench will get back on track.

witherspoon was a beast a couple years ago with the panthers, but after signing with the rams i haven't heard much from him, probably because they suck so much. but excellent pickup either way, he's an upgrade over trotter/gaither, and we didn't give up too much. i like gibson though, so kinda sucks he had to go, but hasn't proven anything.
