I like Joe Mays too, but doesn't his 5'11 height put him at a severe disadvantage. At least height wise he'd certainly be. I think I'm more comfortable with Omar taking most of the minutes. He started for us before and did a fairly decent job. He also likes to talk a lot of [expletive].

lawlz Pedro's a beast. I love him. Apparently Jamie Moyer is pissed about the signing though, or at least that's what they said on ESPN. I guess I understand why he'd feel that way but Jamie hasn't been playing too well this year.

Pedro has been great so far. And Phillies offense is killing it.

ok post it.

Yeah I understand. man I hate [expletive]ing injuries. I was so pumped for the season too, but these injuries are killing me. I expect these types of injuries when the season starts, not in training camp. lol

Do You Like Lamar Odom?
The Artesticle replied to The Artesticle's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
thanks bro -
I think Laker fans pretty much hated him up till the point Bynum went down last year, and LO stepped up for us big time against BOS and CLE. Every year Laker fans wanted to ship him out. LO didn't do himself any favors with his inconsistency, which drove some so crazy that they wanted to flat out release him. But, after winning the championship, and resigning him this year to a reasonable 8 million dollar deal (instead of the 12 million he was making), I'm wondering if his perception amongst Laker fans has changed at all? Just wondering.

Why is ur fave player ur fave

Kobe Bryant. I'm a Laker fan. He's the best player. -
Nice signing but I wonder what type of condition he will be in when he starts playing. Regardless, Boston is still the favorites to win the east. I like the moves CLE made in the summer, but I still don't see them beating Boston in a 7 game series.

I don't mean give up tackling, just maybe tone it down a bit. I dunno, maybe I'm over reacting but I don't like entering the preseason with so many players banged up already.
-
yeah, been adding random stuff too, like left overs from dinner and stuff. i think im getting sick from the noodles. lol

We've had a [expletive] load of injuries in training camp. Ingram and Bradley are out for the year with a torn ACL. Shawn Andrews apparently hurt his back again (who knows how long he will be out this time). Kolb sprained his MCL. Cole sprained his shoulder. Victor Abiamiri is out until the preseason. Desean Jackson injured his knee, although it wasn't too serious. Something happened to Jason Peters as well, because he's been sitting out in camp. Baskett just got carted off the field with a knee injury. I know this is football, and players around the league get injured in training camp, but is this normal? I don't remember hearing about all these injuries last year, or any other year. Andy Reid runs a very physical camp, maybe he should tone it down a bit? I know the Cowboys don't even tackle. lol Or maybe I'm just overreacting. Just seems like a lot of hurt players before the season even starts.
