I was extremely impressed with him yesterday, and it certainly didn't hurt him that the Patriots have midget WR's. However, he doesn't have much to stand on talking shit to Tom Brady. Yes, the Seahawks won, but it had more to do with Brady sucking on his own than the Seahawks defense. Third down defense pisses me off too. It's always third and long that gets converted against the Patriots.

I don't think the failures of most of the leagues have to do with the different seasons of the year. There's more of a chance people aren't home during the summer than during the school year. No, what happens is this: 1. League starts off great. 2.You try and find Shaliq and other GM's that are lay downs. 3. You make a lopsided trade (good for you if you can do it) 4. Your team becomes very good. 5. You don't win a championship. 6. Other teams become stacked and better than yours. 7. You can't trade with the GM's you ripped off because they have no players to be taken anymore. 8. You then want to start a new league because you think it will be better (really because other teams were better than yours). You're not the only one, but leagues die because some trades go through that should never go through, and there are too many loopholes in some leagues.

The next debate will be a very interesting one. Quite a few polls had Romney aead today, which was quite surprising to see, and I don't quite believe those polls. There's a decent chance Romney wins the popular vote and Obama wins the electoral.

I had been watching up right until that point, so I didn't see it then. However, I just saw the replay, and that was a pretty damn poor call. It's easy to just say a team needs to move on and get the next batter out, but you can't give professional players additional chances. More often than not, it comes back to bite you.

Granted I have not seen the play that's being talked about, I hate the entire view that you just "move on" after a blown call, especially if, as has been said in here, and inning would have definitely ended at 1-0, rather than 3-0. You can't give professional players extra chances.

Had control most of the game, and decided to piss it away at the end. Unreal.

I'm aware. It's not just the Yankees that hit them, but they sure as hell benefit from them more than any team, especially when you play half of your games at that Stadium. It's not even much of an anti-Yankees comments as it is an anti-stadium comment. I just don't like that stadium at all.

It's going to be interesting to see if the Yankees can hit a legitimate home run when they go to Comerica Park, and none of these short, poverty home runs. Also, that sucks to see Jeter go down like that, but we'll see if someone can step up for them.
