Bron gon' Bron. It's VERY clear who the best player in the NBA is, and it's not that close at all.

Is Ibaka serious trying to call out LeBron for his defense? This is coming from the guy that just jumps up and down all game doing anything and everything just to get a block on the stat sheet, can't play man to man defense, and can't defend outside of the paint. Ibaka, please go.

Matt Cain pitched greatest game in MLB history?
EastCoastNiner replied to CaliCurbStomppa's topic in Baseball Forum
I'm sorry, but facts are facts. If you were to make this thread 10-15 years ago, with the game he pitched, then sure , you could have a good case. However, the "greatness" of perfect games are losing it's allure, and proof is in how many of them have been thrown in recent years compared to how many have ever been thrown. -

Good thing a perfect game doesn't mean much anymore. It's allure has completely worn off. -
2012 Olympic Team v.s. 1992 Dream Team
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in General NBA Discussion
I'm strictly talking about the advantages the 2012 team would have. I'm not focused on the 92' team advantages (which they have as well) as I believe the advantages of the 2012 team are much greater than the advantages of the 92' team. -
I think the garbage calls on Durant really hurt the Thunder tonight. His fourth foul was an awful call, as well as the "block" on Harden when James should have been called if anyone.

Off-topic as usual. You're like a stalker. It's pretty weird. In case you didn't see the title of this thread, it's about the basketball game being played in Miami tonight.

Anyways, about two hours until the Heat stomp out the Thunder.

That's not a bold prediction either, so I'm not sure why you bother guaranteeing shit and having people quote you. Oh, and I love how you try and talk about my "predictions", when the people claiming they were far off don't know how to read what I said. So much for OKC losing the the Spurs? How about if the Heat win you leave and play cricket for two months, and if the Thunder win, I'll leave until September. You're annoying as hell.

Source: Bobcats want James Harden with #2 pick
EastCoastNiner replied to The Regime's topic in Charlotte Hornets Team Forum
The following players were all drafted in the top three in their respective draft classes going back to 2004. How many of these players are "franchise players". I'm counting four true franchise players at this point, with there also being other all-star players. How many of those players are better than Harden? Dwight Howard Emeka Okafor Ben Gordon Andrew Bogut Marvin Williams Deron Williams Andrea Bargnani LaMarcus Aldridge Adam Morrison Greg Oden Kevin Durant Al Horford Derrick Rose Michael Beasley O.J. Mayo Blake Griffin Hasheem Thabeet James Harden John Wall Evan Turner Derrick Favors Kyrie Irving Derrick Williams Enes Kanter -
You've been wrong on most of your predictions this year, and you're not going out on a limb by saying the team that takes the series lead will win the series. . Anyways, the Heat will win big this game, by about 15 points. LeBron will prove that Durant in nowhere NEAR his level, and we'll all be witnesses.

If the Heat win, will LBJ Cry?
EastCoastNiner replied to Check my Stats's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
We're talking about James, not Wade. And, if he cries, I won't think any differently of him. He's going to win his first Finals MVP, so good for him. -
Interdastin. Then why do most of you assume that the rich are mostly conservative......you know, the same people you seem to disagree with? I think I'll go to the store today and see how many people are buying lottery tickets and alcohol with their welfare checks.

Both are trash. Brb, lemme lose to Illmaculate and Locksmith and still think I'm good.

It had to to with todays decision by Obama about letting illegal immigrants stay here. It wasn't clear when I said it, but that's what I was getting at. . It was more of a poke at Obama.
-
Honestly, you picked a pretty poor site/article to use. There's not much there. A lot of the crap they said was very vague and opinionated, with little facts that directly point to being the fault of Bush. It doesn't surprise me that a liberal article is playing the "blame game". There is little substance in that article. I'm sure you could find a much better site/article to prove your point. Here's the thing that I find most funny about many liberal and conservative arguments. Bush always comes up, and I understand that. However, it seems like there are many more conservatives that will admit Bush wasn't great compared to liberals that will admit Obama hasn't been great. The Obama supporters, in general, seem to never put any blame on Obama himself, but always go back and blame Bush who has been out of office for nearly eight years.

I didn't notice you were referring to him as I didn't sere his post about Apple at first. I don't really agree with him about that either. Instead of sending them over seas, you can keep the jobs here and just give them to illegals like Obama wants to do. What are you trying to get at here? If you can show me where I've ever said I support Mitt Romney for this election, I'd love to see it. However, I'm assuming your point is that he's a conservative and you're assuming I'm voting for a conservative, and probably him because he's the leading candidate? I know the point you're trying to make, but I don't agree with everything he says. Hell, I may not even like him much, but he very well may be a better option than Obama. The purpose of a business is to create a profit. If the business can make a bigger profit by outsourcing jobs, more power to them. Would it be nice to have the jobs in the U.S.? Yes, it would, but a business needs to make money.
-
I know, we should just give them all to illegal immigrants. That's the perfect solution!
-
What exactly is your point?

I know, the "mega rich" never give to charity, create jobs, or do anything to help people. . http://givingpledge.org/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Giving_Pledge

On all day, yet is at work fro 4/6:00-12:00. Right now, I'm not making six figures, but shortly I will be. It doesn't even matter if you're not making a six figure salary. Taking from people who earn their money in order to give to those that don't is a stupid concept. Let me ask you a question. Are you posting from a free iPhone that you were given? That's my favorite, when people that bitch about the wealthy, yet still have fancy phones and other luxury items. And, I'm not accusing you of that, just simple asking a question.
