His job is to steal from successful (money wise) and hard-working people and give to those that don't make as much money or are too lazy to do anything.
-
Excessive or rapacious desire, especially for wealth or possessions. Intense and selfish desire for something, esp. wealth, power, or food Those don't seem to suit your point, so try again. You greedy liberals want to steal and take money that you have never worked for in your entire life, so you can use it yourself or put it in some program that can benefit you.

Person A: Works for their money, and wants to keep 100% (or close to it) of their hard earned money that they made on their own. Person B: Wants to take 30%-40%+ of person A's money to go towards taxes, bogus programs, and other useless crap? Interdastin............ .

Illegal Immigrants Will Not Be Deported
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
And, they commit more crimes than your "common people". Once they get their education, they'll leave the country and avoid taxes that other citizens are paying. This is a terrible decision by Obama, but it's not surprising since he's made many terrible decisions. Again, why is Obama helping ILLEGAL immigrants out, and not his own unemployed U.S. citizens that are here legally? -
Illegal Immigrants Will Not Be Deported
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
I copied and pasted from another site, so I couldn't care less. Where's your comma after the word seriously? Keep trying to derail the thread though, even though you'll say it has to do with me claiming that immigrants should know "our" language, and that there was a grammatical mistake in the title. Keep doing what you do hippie. -
Just go away Obama. You are just ruining this country one day at a time. http://www.cnn.com/2012/06/15/politics/immigration/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 I love how his dumb ass couldn't even respond to a simple question. "What about American workers who are unemployed while you employ foreigners?"

Who would you rather build your team around?
EastCoastNiner replied to The Regime's topic in Player Comparisons
I love how people are taking Durant because of his scoring. The difference in scoring between James and Durant the past three seasons had been, .9ppg, 1.0ppg, and .4ppg. Strong difference in scoring between the two. . LeBron and Durant have similar rebounding statistics as well, with LeBron trumping him is assists and FG%, I have no problem with someone saying Durant is a better shooter, because he is, but to say you're choosing him because of his scoring which is such a little difference between the two players while LeBron trumps him in many other categories is pretty dumb. -
Source: Bobcats want James Harden with #2 pick
EastCoastNiner replied to The Regime's topic in Charlotte Hornets Team Forum
Keep Harden, and if you need to trade someone when he needs an extension, do it then. Move Perkins if you have to. -
I figured that. How did Mason ever give me one though? I went back in the Brady/Manning thread, and noticed he somehow negged me............

Who would you rather build your team around?
EastCoastNiner replied to The Regime's topic in Player Comparisons
No one is saying that, and that's not the question. That's a Skip Bayless type of question you are trying to ask right now. If I'm building a team from scratch, I'll take LeBron James. However, both the Heat and Thunder have their own chemistry, so I doubt either team makes the trade. LeBron is clearly superior to Durant. It doesn't even seem like James is putting up 30+ppg, yet he is........ -
GM2: Miami at Oklahoma City
EastCoastNiner replied to Real Deal's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
Keep crying about the non-call on Durant. He should have fouled out about five times that game. His defense is absolutely atrocious, and Shane Battier looks like Kobe out there with Durant on him. -
How much blame should Dwyane Wade get?
EastCoastNiner replied to Real Deal's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
As much as I dislike Wade, I'm not sure if I'd give him most of the blame. Yes, LeBron had some nice stats in game 1, but I don't feel like it was a great performance by him. Wade has clearly struggled and needs to step up, but so do the rest of the Heat. At the end of the day, LeBron went to Miami to get some extra help that he didn't have in Cleveland, but that help hasn't been there in Miami lately. LeBron is going to go off tonight: 38 points (maybe 45.....) 12 rebounds 8 assists 3 steals 1 block BEAST! -
I know you're not alone in thinking the National Anthem is unnecessary, but your points are pretty poor, and don't make too much sense. At first you say we have too much over the top nationalism which makes absolutely no sense to me. I'm sure if I were to tell you (and probably have before) that the U.S. has a ton of patriotism for sporting events, the first thing you would do is show me some youtube video of a bunch of national soccer fans and claim they are much more patriotic, but that's just my opinion. Now, let's get to the part where you really make no sense at all. You FIRST say that it's just flat out not needed, but then seem to completely change your mind and say that it's fine if it's not an over the top singing version of it. Which is it? You need to make up your mind. And, no, I never turn the channel or wait right until game time just because the National Anthem is about to start. Actually, sometimes I'll stand up when it comes on, and I'll never just change the channel because I "don't want to listen to our country's song". My main problem with what you are saying is that you are arguing two completely different things, and said yourself that one of your points would not be a problem if the song was sung slowly, which would then make your other point irrelevant.

Chicago Should Tank Next Year, Right?
EastCoastNiner replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Chicago Bulls Team Forum
Tank? Come on, man! That's Maple Leaf thinking right there. There's no need to "tank". -
You go to a place to meet someone and give them cash right?
-
Tell me how that goes. I never really knew how that went, and then I read about it. I thought p2p was all in Costa Rica where the business is located, but I guess they just use certain firms wherever you are. I really wish I knew about that before because I never would have lost all the money I did. I would have taken most of it out of my 5dimes account and saved it.

Who has seen it? I thought it was pretty bad, and there were a lot of plot holes in the move. I'd give it an average/below average rating.

2012 Olympic Team v.s. 1992 Dream Team
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in General NBA Discussion
True. I saw this on another forum I'm on, and thought it was an interesting comparison, and these were just the players that were thought of as a possible starting five. I think Rose (if healthy) would cause a lot of trouble for Magic, but I'm not sure if Paul, Rondo, or D-Will would cause him those fits. However, I really think LeBron would tilt the match in the favor of today's team. However, I think the depth of they 92 team would be better for sure though, so I may have to re-tihnk this, but I like the starting five (if Rose were healthy) of today's team over the 92 team. -
Letz each crack a 40 ova his head, brah. In all seriousness, you were active in the leagues. I think he's thinking of someone else because you have always been active. I know the activity started to dwindle once it was clear it was near impossible to beat my team, but that's just normal.
-
Enough with the nostalgia from people. The 92 "dream team" would lose to today's Olympic team if they were matched up during their times. Going off the possible starting five: Rose v.s. Magic Kobe v.s. M.J. Durant v.s. Bird James v.s. Barkley Howard v.s. Ewing There's little chance that the 92 "dream team" could hang with today's Olympic team. -Magic would be too slow for Rose and would be easily exposed -Kobe v.s. M.J. would be close, but M.J. was closer to his prime than Kobe. -Durant would be too quick for Bird to handle, and would expose him as well. -James would just decimate Barkley, even in the low post -Howard sucks offensively, but he'd be too athletic for Ewing. People need to stop their nostalgia and recognize the 92 "dream team" would struggle mightily against today's Olympic team.

David Stern to Jim Rome "Do you still beat your wife?"
EastCoastNiner replied to AboveLegit's topic in YouTube Forum
It's a typical, common, normal, popular, often used response to a loaded question. It doesn't have to do with Rome and his own domestic abuse issues. It doesn't matter if it is Stern saying it, as it's meant to answer the stupid question that Rome asked him. -
David Stern to Jim Rome "Do you still beat your wife?"
EastCoastNiner replied to AboveLegit's topic in YouTube Forum
Some of you don't understand that what Stern said is a typical response to a loaded question, like the one Rome asked him. I don't like Stern, but this is a common response, regardless of Rome's personal life. -
GM1: Miami at Oklahoma City
EastCoastNiner replied to Real Deal's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
If the Heat lose, it will be for one reason and one reason only. Westbrook will have outplayed Wade by a wide margin this series. He's too damn good, and when he plays well the Thunder win. I'll take him over Durant any day of the week.
