Wanna see how your single A back up first baseman is doing pinch hitting? you can see it. You can have up to 5 levels of minors and high school and college 'feeder leagues'. theres salary arbitration, and free agent compensation, and plenty of other realistic features. Hell, because of this game I don't follow the MLB too much anymore.
