I'd say a little more credit to Gasol than Duncan's aging because hes still putting up pretty impressive numbers for the season. Gasol had a couple nice blocks (one in particular on a jumper at the end of a shot clock) and contested everything. We just have to play defense like this more consistently.

Eh Northern Iowa just has alot of veteran players. Five returning starters who barely lost to Purdue in first round last year. I think it was by 5 but there was a bad charge called on Ali and freethrows ended game. They know how to play and stay poised. I was surprised at the refs at the end of the game almost blowing it but the team that played better won. Couldnt believe when Jordan Eglseder took 3 threes in 1st half when he was 1/9 all season. Rediculous. Bring on Michigan State!
