Tom Thibodeau is the easy choice here over Popovich. He's the main reason behind the Bulls great season IMO. His defensive system has made them an elite team.

Even though he isn't really a rookie, Blake Griffin is the easy choice. No rookie since the class of 03 has excited people the way he has.

Dwight Howard. What he's done this year has been nothing short of amazing. When you talk about who means the most to his team, the easy answer is Dwight Howard. His stats are MVP worthy and at second in the league in PER, he is very deserving.

Dwight Howard, IMO has a chance to go down as the best defensive center ever next to Bill Russell, if he isn't there already. Just an absolute game changer with his presence alone. Easy choice.
