A non-crazy person Shawn Kemp is what Griffin has always reminded me of. Nice call on that AL.

LMAO @ Bosh's reaction to the boos while he's walking off the floor. Dude is hilarious.

Nice game for Bosh in his first game back. 25 points and 6 boards. Could've used a few more boards. Good game, Raptors.

Power Bar? I'm not really good with nutrition bars but I definitely recommend Isopure whey protein shakes for after your workouts. Muscle Milk always was good for me as well.

Started working out recently but I didn't lose too much strength. Bench max went down to 220 but I started doing some different things in the gym. - Decline bench: Start with 135lbs and go up from there - running a mile after each workout - new version to skull crushers -crazy medicine ball sit-up activity after the workout - adding in a lot more legs I'm seeing the results already from all the new stuff. Gaining my strength back quickly but I'm getting more cut while still lifting a lot of weight.

This isn't taking anything away from Blake either. I have no doubt he'll be the better play in a couple of years and improve on the defensive end.
-
He's a 61% FT shooter, you can't defend that in any way. I don't care how efficient he is. Bosh isn't a stud defender, but hes still a much better defensive player than Griffin is. How can you overlook his lack of defensive ability just because he's a great scorer? Since when is making the best career choice for you to win a ring considered [expletive]ing out? I'm sure you'd say he [expletive]ed out had he gone to NY right?

Here's one for Blake.. Doesn't play defense, can't hit free throws, his team sucks.

Go Cavs. A Heat win and a Lakers loss to Cleveland would absolutely make my night.

There you go Chris!

Thought Bosh would get a better response than this. Oh well.

Its Bosh right now. However, it will be Griffin soon enough. Lol @ using stats to prove anything in this debate considering Bosh is playing with 2 of the 3 best players in the NBA and Griffin is a scorer on a horrible team. Bosh has a better mid-range game, is a career 20/10 guy and plays much better defense than Griffin. Bosh has proven he's a premier big man for 8 years. Give him some credit even though he's a constant punching bag when it comes to the Heat. Griffin will have his time soon enough.

Dampier once again making an early impact right off the bench. He's been GREAT this season.

Al Horford: Nobody's scared of Amare
Flash replied to The Regime's topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
Probably because they know he doesn't play defense lol. -
Chalmers is playing very well to open up the game. We're a better team when he's aggressive and has confidence in his game. Bosh needs to be aggressive because there's no way Bargnani can cover him effectively.

Lulz @ the overrated chant.

Knicks Turn Down Deal For Anthony on Monday
Flash replied to The Regime's topic in New York Knicks Team Forum
Since when are you a Knicks fan? Walsh is a proven front office guy, that's no doubt. But if he doesn't make this deal, and the Knicks end up losing out on Melo then you have to start questioning him. I don't think they should be playing hardball in a deal that favors them already. That's part of the reason I do this trade twice without even thinking. You guys are going to have a decent amount of money to spend this summer, so getting Melo now and then putting some more quality players around him and Amare in the summer will make you guys a better team without a doubt. Again, falling in love with decent role players that are a dime a dozen in the NBA instead of getting and locking up the superstar now and then fitting other role players around him. None of those guys are all stars except the guy you'd be getting in return. Felton's numbers are also increased because of playing in D'Antoni's system. Felton is a nice player, but the Knicks would be getting Billups in return who is a better player than Felton. I understand that train of thought that you can get him for nothing, but there's a very real possibility that there could be a franchise tag coming to the NBA and he's also taking a hard look at signing that extension with the Nuggets. Until those teams make any actual noise in the playoffs, they're nothing. OKC has potential to do some damage this year because they have the best young player in the league. The Clippers organization has shown time after time that they SUCK. So they're bound to screw things up with that team. As for the Bulls, I don't think they're a contender just yet. They need to get better on the wings if they want to compete with Miami and the potential NY squad in the future. They're only asking for one of Gallinari and Chandler. So its even better for you guys. You have to understand you're trading for 1 of the best players in the NBA, who isn't past his prime and doesn't have any off the court trouble so his value is going to be a lot higher than your usual superstar trades. What has Trevor Ariza been since he left LA? He's another glorified role player. Antonio McDeyess after his injury is a good player, but not anything like what he used to be. The Aldridge and Noah picks was a screw up that caused you to miss out on 2 of the young, talented bigs in the NBA today. Not making this deal would potentially cause you to miss out on one of the premier talents in all of basketball. I stand by what I said. Dude was a headcase who never made anyone around him better. -

Would be so awesome if they made a part 3. The first 2 are both a couple of my all time favorite movies. -

Synergy's top 5 worst defenders in the NBA
Flash replied to The Regime's topic in General NBA Discussion
I always thought Batum was supposed to be a great defender? -
Shard from JBB?

That was a pretty solid overacting job by Jones. Its hard to push someone that hard while dribbling with the other hand at that speed. Good no-call considering the physical play the refs are allowing tonight.
